I rather not damage the chassis like that. I managed to fix it by pulling the screw really hard and torquing it with a wrench, that did the trick and is now fixed. Thank you for the vid.

Thanks for this video! This helped me disassemble the dash kit and remove the screen to reuse the factory dash kit with a pioneer floating 9" radio. The Metra and American International dash kits for a 12-14 Toyota Camry are really bad, so being able to reuse the original dash for an aftermarket radio is great!

You get what you pay for and 1A auto is definitely not the way to go. They are cheap Chinese garbage parts and yes they are cheaper than oem parts and cheaper than autozone parts, but when you have to keep replacing the parts from 1A auto and having to get the vehicle re aligned after one of the parts fail from them, you mind as well get an oem part and do it once and be done with it. Stay away from 1A auto the warranty means nothing when you have to replace the garbage parts they sell constantly.

To think all these years I've been breaking these off and replacing them with zip ties and duck tape when all I needed was a little pin for a hole. Cheers!

I would always drill a hole at the end of the crack the relieve the stress first, then flatten the weld, fish weld a plate over the thinned area.

I bought mine in 2019 too off of Amazon of all places for an is300. It didn't fit, and I couldn't refund it or get in touch with anyone from xspower. Amazon wouldn't refund me either because I couldn't afford to ship it back at the time. Now I have a Supra, and the turbo hitting the distributor is still a problem. I fabbed my own intercooler piping now for it but it's still a tight fit. I think Evan Shanks did a video on his mk4 supra installing it but he skims over things like i/c piping. There's not a lot of videos about the kit so even though you went with something else it's cool to see someone else talking about it
