Good portrayal without being an impersonation.. i still enjoy this movie, just not big on the effects on the canon Tv shows.. the shiny veneer covers the lack of substance in continuity.. also, too many properties at one time ongoing. Both things probably effect one other. I'll chop up to alternate universe after Voyager. I rather nerdy stuff be genuine than try to be cool, but i still like this reboot.. the first film anyway.

I originally was happy that WORF was joining DS9 but they kept dishonoring WORF more with each episode they wrote, heck they even altered his Brow-ridges and pushed his eyebrows noticably higher up on his forehead plate , ,while I'm at it might as well point out the half inch more of chunk they added to his nose prosthetic , , go ahead , , compare images of DS9 WORF to the 4th season TNG- WORF , , ,do side by side , I've got time I'll just wait right here 🎉😊😅😊

Section 31 as an officially sanctioned and legal part of Federation is BS. Discovery having Section 31 political officers on the bridge was everything Trek is not. Having movies about these criminals is terrible. It's existence is not bad, as seen in DS9, but not fighting against it and accepting it is.
