  • In this video, I just want to cover one topic. That is: "How to control shaking hands?" how do you control that? There are a couple of tips I'm going to give you.
You can join your fellow team members that are learning how to shoot and become Warriors here: www.chrissajnog.com/join-the-...
Exercises to Promote and Maintaining Health: www.filledwithchi.com/program-...
EEG Headband that helps you meditate and sleep better: shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=635671&...
    Hand grip strength exerciser: amzn.to/3if2Zqp
    Front Sight Focus String: shop.chrissajnog.com/product/...
    25-Yard Sight In Target: shop.chrissajnog.com/product/...
Music to help you focus: www.focusatwill.com/?...
You need to focus on your front sight and line up those sights perfectly. If you do that, as long as your wobble or your shaking isn't bigger than the target you are aiming at, you're going to hit it.

In 2009, I came home from a deployment and my oldest son, who was 3 or 4 at the time, wouldn’t eat for almost 2 weeks...
Being a father I was obviously concerned, so I asked him about it and his answer really hit me hard… He said, “Dad, if I eat I’ll grow up and if I grow up I’ll become a daddy.
And if I become a daddy, I’ll have to leave my family.” My boys barely knew who I was and I couldn’t let them grow up without a father...
I realized at that moment my family needed me a lot more than the Navy needed another SEAL. So I put in for retirement the next day…
Back then I knew I wanted to be with my family more than anything, so I made changes in my life that allowed me to be at home.
We all want more time to spend with the people we love or doing the things we love. That’s why I’m here to help!
That's why I am giving you my top 3 training videos (for FREE) to help you learn how you can stay at home, and save time and money while you improve your shooting! Well said. Everyone shakes sometimes. Training on those days helps me better understand what I'm capable of. Well thought out video. Short, concise, and spot on. Its not about an 1/8" group at 25 yards. Its about stopping a threat at, or inside, your maximum effective shooting range to stop a threat. Calculate your own kinetics.

I shake a lot and get very exhausted easily, I wonder if it had to be with weak arm muscle. Also, control breathing is another key. Thanks for sharing !

When I saw the title with “shaking hands” in it I thought that the video was going to compare the firmness of your grip to that of sensibly shaking hands. (Gorilla grippers excluded) Does that analogy make sense? Good reminder that we all need once in a while. I’m a 10 cup a day guy.

    Chris!
I have a question regarding shaking and shooting, which is:
How does shivering from the cold affect ones shooting?
I'm asking as I'm making a shooting game where the player has to take many things into account.
What I'm going to do tomorrow is taking a really cold shower and seeing how I can hold my sights aligned.

I noticed that when I am engaging my shoulders and biceps instead of my chest and back muscles, I tend to wobble more. If I relax my biceps and shoulders more and use the larger muscles of the chest and back, I have zero wobble when done right. Obviously, this is also while having a strong grip which is all about forearm strength.

First off I want to thank you for taking the time to teach more people to shoot accurately. Secondly I have a question is the reason why u change all the different camera angle is that another teaching tool on how to focus on you front post focus it seemed to allow me to get in “the zone “and completely focus on one particular spot? Is it an exercise While changing the over all sight picture and judging different distances while keeping focus?

I really never had this issue i suddenly developed a siezure disorder at 26 out of the blue the siezures themselves are now under control but now i have very minor trimmors i found i had to loosen my grip substantially and actually focus less i used to focus on breathing super hard squeeze while breathing out and all that now unless im shooting from a bipod or prone any other type of s shooting i have to pull the trigger as soon as i get on target i bought a high powered pellet rifle when this happened because if i want to shoot a firearm i have to drive across the county to my dads porperty and i make myself shoot religiously atleast 100 shots a week with that thing load one hold it muzzle down just like a drill from 40 yeards swing up on target and fire as soon as the retical lands on the bullseye that brought my groups back in from an incredibly embarrassing 12 inches at 40 down to 2 inches with a $180 cheap gamo pellet gun and brought me back in around 1 inch at 100 with my AR 200 and 300 with a rem 700 chambered in .308 i can usually maintain about 4" and 8" respectively not terrible im slowly recovering want to get back into all types of competitive shooting my oldest son is getting old enough to start learning and this couldnt have happened at a worse time when i first shot and realized this problem my 7 YO was shooting tighter groups by about 2 inches with an AR that ive had over 15 years i was proud of him but realized this was a real problem and it took some doing to learn to deal with it

Could you do a cross eye dominate how to shoot rifles?

    • @Killicon93
      @Killicon93 Před 3 lety

Larry Vickers had a good and simple tip for shooting while cross-eye dominant:
      Just shooting left handed.
Out of personal experience when once shooting targets at an amusement park, I had pulled a muscle on my left shoulder and couldn't support the rifle with my left arm so I had to switch around.
Lo and behold my dominant arm was really good at aiming, being stronger than my left arm.

Ain’t no way you can shoot accurately with wobbly hands doesn’t matter how perfect your scope is sighted in.
