That balcony with the high roof is so grand. I am glad that they went with blue sofa seats in the living area. The white tables in the living are a visual treat with the metal structure beneath the surface. The kitchen is sleek looking with a really nice colour combination. Those weird lights in the kitchen. ew.
I have to say the stairs are so pretty.
Large-format tiles are better than small-format tiles. The linen closet is so cute. I can live in that closet and won't have to ever come out. That vanity joke sounded adult. That's a lot of roof space.
The guest bedroom was my fav part of this house.

These types of condos are a dime a dozen in many city centers like D.C., SoCal, Boston, etc. They are cheap and easy for developers to build and quick to see a return on for their REIT investors.

Beautiful loft, but for $2.25M I would want my bedrooms (especially the master bedroom) and views from my living spaces to be facing the downtown skyline instead of the buildings across the street
Zoning limits building height in the area so this is the best they could do. Appreciate the feedback!

I would prefer/use different colors but the general layout of this unit is nice. I think I'm too old for all those stairs though. That bedroom on the main floor would be for my mom. And that bonus room would be her little gym. She would never come out.

just curious but is it not normal to have the shower floor at the same level as the bathroom floor in the usa? you will not find a single bathroom in Norway where these are at different levels, so do not quite understand why it is more expensive or special🤷🏼♀️

Great question. You usually see it with well planned new construction. Sometimes you see shower to tub conversions so with those you’ll see floor level discrepancy.

The closets aren't built out. Seems suspicious at that price point. Partucarly in the secondary bedrooms. I get they're leaving it for the buyer to customize.
You’re right, closet functionality is very personal. Buyers get a generous allowance to customize a closet!

This building by far has the tackiest exterior design in your portfolio. I honestly don’t understand what type of drugs the architects are on when they’re designing these eye sores, which remind of 60s-70s public housing projects.
The space looks super generic and uninspiring....like a construction crew designed the Penthouse...next time hire an architect.
Design is the result of a number of decisions made by one or more designers and most, if not all of those decisions, carry some measure of subjectivity...so design is super subjective. Staging makes a big difference too. Cool furniture definitely enhances a space.
