Yes, so much you could do with backyard outdoor spaces in Chitown! Showing cool outdoor spaces on Sunday’s tour...even though most of it was covered in snow 😅

The ground floor powder room looks like a luxury hotel powder room. The stairs and the grill around them are so sleek and pretty. The colour of the kitchen is such a nice break from those all-white kitchens. I am not sure about the idea of putting the micro away from the main kitchen. The cabinet handles are different. Love the coffee station. All the light fixtures in the house are nice but the one in the patio mudroom takes the cake. The other, larger mudroom has an amazing colour combination. The master shower is out of this world.
But the part I loved the most about the house is that covered terrace. Overall a really nice place and good to see a snowman describing the patio.

nice home, but when the host talk about the details and stuffs, the camera or view keep focusing or stay with the host, we want to see the things that he talked about instead of just need to imagining it. Still a good video, still can improve.

It's a beautiful property.. My only criticism of the condos or row homes that you show are the closet's. They are very small and probably why you just gloss over them and keep it moving.
Closet space in this one is actually impressive. Looking at empty closets can be boring so we skipped some of them but we’ll definitely try to showcase as much as possible moving forward. Appreciate the feedback!

Nice floor plan but the level of finishes do not justify a $4.3M price tag!
Gotta see in person to really appreciate. What type of finishes would you rather see for this price point?
Idk much about Chicago’s real estate but considering it’s in a big city and real estate is probably on the roof, I don’t think 4.3M is that bad actually.
(Now if you compare it to where I live with that money you could buy something 10x bigger)
@@andreisavtchenko There are some beautiful custom features, for example the kitchen hood and cabinets. However, most of this home looks very builder grade. Tile on the fireplace? Should be carved natural stone. Herringbone in just one small hallway? Should be throughout the entire first floor. Quartz counters in the kitchen? Should be marble or quartzite. Cabinet towers in bathroom should be carried all the way up to the ceiling. The lighting throughout also looks like things I see in homes 1/4 of the price.

This home has been on the market for 10 months with multiple price adjustments. Still not sold in a very hot Chicago market. I have toured this home in person -- the design and materials used do not justify this price point. It is very basic and builder grade. A waste of what could have been an amazing home.
I actually thought the design aesthetic and the quality/workmanship in this home was impressive compared to some of the other buildings. Plus, gotta love the A+ location!
The problem I notice with your videos is you often describe things as "expensive" as if the price indicates value or desirability. I think it insults the viewer if you assume people watching are impressed by something because of its price.
Good feedback which I really appreciate. The intent isn’t to impress and especially not insult the audience but to highlight the caliber of finishes and uniqueness of a property ultimately complimenting builder, designer and homeowners on the effort. Does it make sense?
