Elements is a short film that follows one bowhunter, Brady Miller, and the challenges he and his friend Dave Loescher faced during a week-long bowhunt in the rugged backcountry of Nevada, 13 miles from the trailhead.
Elements gives you a feel for what most hunters do every season and the lengths they go to in order to find and harvest the buck that they have been scouting for months.
This film showcases the struggle and the adaptation that these two face with extreme weather conditions throughout the hunt.

It's almost that time of year again!
I got to fish that lake back in the mid 60's,
Limit was 25, we cooked
Fish for 3 hours. The fish were 30% head, fish and game needed the fish
Thinned out not enough

My buddy fly fished it last year we were up there for my archery deer hunt. The area Brady was camping and hunting had sheep grazing in it 😂. No big bucks whatsoever but sooooo many hikers. Not a good spot for deer hunting anymore unfortunately. Tiny little brook trout in that lake

Great video and nice deer! I love hunting area 10. Always hunted up there w a rifle but I got my first archery tag this year for mule deer in 221-223 can't wait. Learned a lot from your videos keep them coming

Great film as always, and I'm glad I found this one. Somehow I had missed it over the years. Just curious why y'all have moved away from Kuiu gear. Seems like in most of your older films that's what you're wearing, but in the more recent films you've made a switch. If you can't or don't want to make a comment, that is fine, but just wondering. I like Kuiu but if there is something better I'd love to hear your opinion.

Are you Vegas local. I'm too in Vegas and recently got into bow hunting, been a rifle hunter forever. Anyhow just trying to connect with more like minded people, and looking for hunting partners that can educate me more.

Great film keep em coming! More videos please! So how far deep would you recommend to hike in to the wilderness like on this video? I would love to go extreme like this and find honey hole instead of dealing with all this overcrowded hunters in one area. Im just not prepare in gear wise but love to learn.

They can carry roughly 45lbs or 25% of their body weight.
A real mans way of hunting, awesome job...those tree stand hunters would not survive one day...
I hunt Texas out of a tree stand and also western hunt every year . I survived 14 days in the mountains backpack hunting .

The Vias you guys have on looks "dirtied up" is that just from use? The Vias I've seen looked real bright and white on the lighter parts. I didn't want to buy it because of that. Does it eventually get darker or did you do something to it?
Hey Drew. Thanks for reaching out. That was the old style vias pattern that Brady was running. Most of it was the first edition KUIU. Some of that could be due to wear and tear on it since it was pretty heavily used by Brady. But the camo pattern of Vias has definitely changed through the years and the older pattern was more dull colored. The darks are now darker and the lights are lighter on the new stuff. Hope that helps.

There is a guy in NM that does guided hikes with Llamas that we did a few years ago. Those things are awesome as well. Really funny to hike with, they are characters for sure.
