    My giant Marconi was a starter from home Depot. My 3 year old son snapped it in half about a week after I planted it.
    Turned out to benefit the plant. Made it quite strong and productive.
    I gave him a lollipop.

    My first year growing the Marconi. They grow faster than any other pepper plant that i have grown. Nicely done video. Especially letting growers know to pull their early buds off so the can focus all its energy on getting bigger. Not a lot new growers no that. Cant wait to stuff mine.

    This is my first garden, I have 4 big green ones and I think I’m gonna harvest 2 of them and leave the others to turn red before picking. The way you were talking about stuffed peppers makes me want to clip all 4 😂

    You have convinced me to give these another try next year. Last year, I had a massive harvest all at once but didn't know what to do with them so I gave them to a friend. Next time will be better. Thanks for the video!

    Is there much differences in taste between a Marconi and a Bell pepper ?

    Hey I’m growing the same ones and mine are all green right now. One of them on the top It looks like a insects been eating it since it’s a little brown, so would you say to pick it off or let it get to red. Also, what would say the flavor difference is between the green and red? Thanks

    • @agoutside5192
      @agoutside5192  Před 2 lety

      Yes I’d pull the green one. The red ones have a more peppery flavor than the green ones. Let some get red so you compare. Thanks

    Thanks for the video! I grew one plant this year but rabbits almost killed it until I fenced my garden, so it got a late start. Here in Minnesota the growing season is short, so with the late start I got one large green Marconi and about 5 half-sized before it got too cold. Do you think the smaller marconis will still be good to eat?

    • @agoutside5192
      @agoutside5192  Před rokem

      Yes the small ones are edible. Thanks for commenting
