14:27 Friendly heads up, Origins is playable on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. 🙂

Ahhhhhh! I hadn’t been sure if it was added to the backward compatibility list, but I’m glad it was. Thank you for the clarification!!

@@MattsRandomJourneys No problem! It’s a pretty easy game to miss on the backwardscompatible library aswell, tbf. The game was delisted from the Xbox Store a few years back due to licensing issues, and I’ve spoken to lot of people who didn’t know it was added to the list simply due to the fact that there is no digital version available on the store.
I’m very optimistic that we could see Origins return to all modern platforms in the future, but my hope is really dwindling as the years go by.

Wow, I had to see that for myself and I can't believe it's not on the Xbox Store now! Typically, a lot of the back-compat games are made available on the store but like you said, licensing issues must've taken this one out.
Even if I'm not too huge on the game, I'd like to see it return to the Xbox Store as well; I like seeing games become more readily available and accessible to everyone, and it sucks seeing any game get lost in the ether, good or bad. I'd honestly like to see it get a proper re-release of some kind, because when I played the PS3 version, it was pretty buggy. And (I think) I've heard the 360 version was also buggy. It'd be nice to have a newer version that smooths over those bugs.

@@MattsRandomJourneys Completely agree! Digital games being taken down due to licensing issues absolutely sucks. Especially in a day and age where digital only consoles are starting to make a big presence in the gaming world. They need to find some way of getting around this issue in the future.
The Xbox 360 version got some patches, and the bugs aren’t anywhere near as bad now as what they used to be. I replayed the game on my Series X last year and I didn’t really notice any major bugs. At least not any that ruined the experience for me. I can’t speak on the PS3 or PC versions though.
But a proper remaster would be nice for sure! It deserves to be made available on all systems for everyone to play. I just wish WB Games weren’t ignoring it’s existence. Even Rocksteady gave more love to Origins in Arkham Knight, than WB Games have given it over the years. All we can do is hold out hope that WB sees the demand for Origins and changes their mind about the game.
I can’t even 100% the Achievement list on Xbox as the game includes Multiplayer Achievements, and the Multiplayer servers were taken offline in 2017. So as an Achievement Hunter, a Remaster without those blasted Multiplayer Achievements would be an immediate purchase for me.

Completely agree! If we're gonna be embracing this digital future, gamers should be able to feel comfort in knowing that they'll have regular access to these games!
I'm glad to hear the 360 version plays better on Series X. When I played the PS3 version, it froze on me a few times and that was annoying. And yeah, it's really strange that WB just leaves Origins out to dry. Like I get that Origins is the most unpopular of the bunch (me personally, I wasn't too into what I played of it), but I don't think it should be ignored because of that. Random example, but the Devil May Cry HD Collection didn't exclude 2 despite its unpopularity.
A re-release of Origins would honestly encourage me to give it another chance, honestly, so I hope WB gives it another shot (also even as a non-achievement hunter, I understand that pain. My brother trophy hunts on PlayStation and he's had that exact thing happen with some games).

Right! It helps that it just keeps getting a steady diet of new games that are so good!
