My dad taught me the fireman's roll( or so they called it ) about 30 years ago when I first started cleaning carpet for my fathers cleaning business. Our truck mount only needed water ran to it and from there it heated the water and we just ran in the pressure hose in the suction hose and worked our way out of the house or business, pretreating ahead as needed but keep in the pH low and they're forgetting a cleaner rinse not attracting residue a week later and looking as dirty as it did before you cleaned it. But it's amazing how many clients I thought how to do it as I was finishing up the job and a demonstrated how they never tussle with her hose again getting it unrolled , then rolled up again without any kinks ever! Something like this they should definitely teach in school. Save me so much time after cleaning things and rolling up water hose supply sometimes three four jobs a day

Mistake most people make is when they buy a new hose they unpack it incorrectly. You need to unwind it not just pull it open. A bit like how electricians unwind coils of wire so they don’t twist.
Unwind it correctly, leave it in the sun for an hour, then you’ll get a better use out of it.

The over under over under method works better for me.
Now you just need a good pistol grip water sprayer that has the trigger on the front of the handle instead of the back!
There's a very good reason why they don't put triggers on the back of real pistols! The same thing goes for water sprayers too!!!

Not bad. But was more looking for how to wind back up a hose... that other guy from another channel said the first thing to do is unscrew the hose from the tap...
Why is kinky sex desirable but kinky hoses are not?
I use the figure 8 method but I don't "throw" it out straight, I drag it, and it still has tangle issues. I'll try throwing it next time.

Obviously you don't have a yard or a garden. If you did, you would know that this is a HUGE and INFURIATING problem with water hoses!!!
Do the quick connects you aussie's have actually work? all the brands I have tried here in the United States leak, break, stick open/closed, lock together etc. Pieces of junk.
TheKajunkat the cheap ones are pretty useless. Spend a few extra dollars on a better quality one is much cheaper in the long run. I always try to store mine out of direct sunlight.
