- Wish.com is infamous for selling some of the most eye-catching, cheap, and low-quality products on the internet. After watching other CZcamsrs like Safiya Nygaard try $1 makeup from Wish, or Linus Tech Tips build a PC only using Wish.com, I thought I’d take a look at the various health products Wish has available. Needless to say… yikes. Not only are these products cheap and misleading, some of them are flat out imaginary, such as a mugwort patch that cures “evil” or essential oils that help you lose weight. That being said, it wasn’t a total wash, as I was able to use a dog toothbrush to clean Bear, and scrub my feet clean of dead skin using a foot… device. I was also lucky enough to experiment with these items with chess superstars Alexandra and Andrea Botez! Which item was your favorite? Think we were a bit harsh? Let me know down below.

Most of the actual wish sellers are Chinese, so good luck for suing them in the US. Wish probably has it somewhere in their fine print that they aren’t responsible for any of the rubbish that is sold via them.
Bear is such a good boy, he even lets you brush his teeth. My dog would cry and run away. She would then sulk for 3 hours.

Dr. Mike!! That first product you reviewed isn’t just gimmicky. It’s extremely helpful for people with disabilities. I have circulatory and chronic issues and trying to bend down in the shower to scrub my feet is extremely tiring and can even become dangerous. I can’t just use a pumice stone! So yeah appreciate your review but that product has been helpful to me!

you put you feet on the ledge and use a pumice stone.
@@rjlive4642 and some people, including myself, don't have that range of motion. like, I personally can get my foot up on the ledge, fine, but from there I'm unable to bend over enough to reach my foot with my hand. I'd also be down to use the footscrubber thing in the shower, if I could be bothered to buy it

Regarding 5:30 as a student studying speech pathology I know that the baby hears some sounds within the womb. And the fetus forms an emotional and physical bond with the mother when she speaks and breaths. The vibrations related to speech are experienced by the baby which is why the baby knows the mother’s voice better than other voices and noises.
When Dr Mike was told that at 15 weeks a baby develops a sense of hearing, and he said “inside the belly?” I literally laughed and went “no Mike, 15 weeks outside the belly” 🙄😂

The foot scrubber was designed for people with mobility/stability conditions, to facilitate cleaning their feet without the serious fall risk in their demographic. It was an invaluable tool for me after ACL surgery and my parents both used it after knee replacement surgery, so it’s not just a gimmick nor is it dangerous to the person using it.
What we have learned today:
1. Don't buy random stuff without talking to your dr
2. Bear doesn't have skin
We also learned that Mike, as a doctor, doesn't know that, yes, it does hurt when one's cervix is tapped or hit or thrust into or what ever, which has been known to happen to some women during sex 🙄
I kinda feel like he should know that as a doctor 🤔

Its a neck massager, not a shock collar..... it has no electrical posts nor is it intended to "electrocute" you. Hes absolutely correct in saying that his neck massager would not shock bear. For 1 it has no posts to enable it to reach the dogs skin, and 2, it was never intended to electrocute anything, just send relaxing pulses through the muscle tissue. No matter how you splice it, this product is not going to "electrocute" his dog unless he took it apart and modified it specifically to do so. It's a neck massager for gods sake... haven't any of you used a TENS unit before?

The EEG is just receiving signals though
If I'm remembering correctly, an EEG machine doesn't shock you and it doesn't go up that far. I'm pretty sure that the highest they connect to you is your arms and your chest, not really all that close to the neck.

The blue foot thing isn’t for exfoliation, it’s so people who can’t easily bend over can wash their feet. It’s not perfect but it beats not washing your feet.

Exactly why I bought my boyfriend one a couple years ago. He had surgery and couldn't bend over to wash his feet.

Except the brain (no pain nerves).
Depends how you hit it... Some only respond certain kinds of trauma, e.g. the intestines respond strongly to stretching, but not to cutting. Of course most hitting would involve stretching, but as Joe Cope points out, the brain itself doesn't respond to direct hitting with a pain sensation. I guess we could specify external parts of the body only.
