I run a Let's Play channel that covers a huge variety of games like JRPGs, fighting games, and occasion oddball game for fun but I also dabble in the BlazBlue series in which i discuss the lore, interesting news about the series, or just the random video. 8:55 - I feel you on that. A lot of Fighting Games get trapped in this bubble where your only real options when playing it are "Play Online Matches or Go to Training Mode" and the thing is, you're not always going to me in the mood to hash it out online, so it doesn't hurt to have these extra offline modes for players. SF6 is a good example where you can dump a lot hours in World Tour mode and it's always updating whenever a new character is added to the roster and, with Akuma's release, now we got Raid Bosses in the Battle Lounge which has the potential to be amazing for the game if they take full advantage on what that can offer

Late as hell to this one but honestly as someone who has a history of playing Nexon's games while glad DnF was getting a fighting game me and my friends already knew how this game was gonna turn out. Neople and to a much greater extent Nexon have a history for those who do and have played their games so I knew this game was never going to be more than a quicky concept trial and by the time either Neople or Nexon bothered to communicate to 8ing/Arcsys to develop further it would be too little to late. As for the character personalities that is unfortunately just a side effect of the original property DnF where once you get past the intro story and the class upgrades you don't get anything personal from the characters and they all go through the same general story throughout the game and is one the main things I hate about the format of games like DnF where you get these cool character concepts but that is it and don't expect anything more. All in all while I'm glad more people were made aware of the godly designs of DnF Nexon/Neople were never going to adequately give the FGC what it wanted which is shame because this game came out at around the perfect time and could have flurished under better management.
P.S. I always knew there was eventually going to be DLC cuz there was no way in HELL they weren't going to capitilize on Fem Slayer. Shame new Archer class won't be getting in.

I would say DNF Dual is a Flawed game for having its ups and downs, I still enjoy which is why it introduced me to the world of Dungeon Fighter Online. As for the lack of content I can understand why it wasn't promoted enough for it to be a big hit for fighting gamers, I would love to see more content for this game, I want there to be more content for this game. But at the end of the day it's not for everyone and that's okay

I hope when Nen Master drops the game gets a second life but I won't hold my breath. Just hope for a brighter future for the DNF franchise and that the developers avoid the mistakes they made with this game

Yeah DNF is definitely an example on not how to handle a fighting game these days
