Honestly i wouldn't be surprised if that happens. Since we had an ending for Hikaru (forgot if it was vanilla or MG Hikaru) but he feels that he couldn't trust the Earth Union or his superior officer. Though maybe Kagari decides to leave because of running into her brother who practically hates both sides not trusting them.

This is a personal opinion, but the way I see it arcsys never truly cared about bbm it was just a crutch until they could get back GG and then they jumped ship the moment that happened and now just use blazblue to suck out anything they can from it or just leave it in the closet to collect dust, I think the lack of english dub in cf, cross tag and alternative dark war are signs of that. Alternative dark war makes me sad because Mori wanted blazblue to be a rpg and that means the only time he got a chance to the blazblue rpg arcsys said it had to be a mobile gacha game. If arcsys truly wanted to do other stuff with Blazblue they would have made dark war a rpg game and promoted it instead of a gacha game. Perhaps I am just making crazy scenarios up in my head, but with how BB was being treated the moment GG came back I think it's fair, I mean come on CF never got a dub but Xrd a game from a series that has only had JP voices got one? Guilty Gear was always arcsys's most beloved ip, but seing Blazblue get treated the way it does hurts me, I just pray for a good game that has an actual blazblue story at this point

It sounds like an alternative version, like if instead of tricking Trinity to release Kazuma, Terumi instead would posses her, because you know, having one of the six heroes as a vessel isn't overpowered at all.

Tsubaki is amazing in the games because there's genuinely good storytelling and reasons for what she does and how she feels. In the anime, so much of that context is just not there and she looks like a massive bitch.

I cannot escape this game, no matter how many times I try to leave Yugioh behind I get pulled back in by something. But hey, I'm having some fun with it.

I understand why BBTAG is hated as a game, it really is the beginning of the end for Blazblue as a series and its simpler gameplay doesn’t allow for the labbing and learning the game for hours thats available in other games. But all of that still can’t make me hate the game. It is genuinely my favorite piece of crossover media of all time and I love almost all of the franchises that are represented in bbtag

Though as far as BBTag goes it was kind of a shame that characters like Naoya Toudou, Tatsuya Suou and or Maya Amano weren't included. Knowing that their inclusions could been a nice way to celebrate their games or their respective anniversaries. Nonetheless the less we all know Blazblue, Persona Arena and BBTag will still be loved by fans in various ways no matter how long it'll be till new sequels are revealed
