I love what your are doing I work with special needs adults and some of them sign some have their own special signs but I have been watching your channel and have been teaching them the proper way to sign and more words we still have a long way to go so thank you

This was so good, loved your explanations. Im currently learning a sign language that's the one used in my country and I can't seem to find many resources on it but I think it's pretty interesting to learn from the ASL and compare the differences.
I always wanted to know if there's a significant difference in the meaning of a word if you change your hand very slightly or if you can't do the sign properly because your fingers move differently or things like that heh..
For example, I've seen some people make the letter "D" like a circle but some people make it more like a duck's beak, just to name an example haha

Can you teach the sign for “never”? I keep seeing it, but I can’t mimic the hand motion and it would really help to have it broken down the way you do!

Do you use your dominant or sign dominant hand? Mine are different since I have nerve damage in my right arm all one handed signs are with my left hand

If you’re left or right handed, that’ll be your dominant hand. If one of your hand is injured you can use the other hand and that’ll be your dominant hand. It will not change the meanings of the signs. The dominant hand is the lead for all signs.

@@DeborahCoffman Okay. My previous teacher always emphasized that she at least found it rude to use your non dominant hand in signing and only really gave me a pass when she realized my fingers don't move fast or correctly on my right hand. Sorry if this was a weird question
