I had to pause at 9:18.
Perfectly straight roads with no kinks that connect at straight angle? Mate, that's not how it worked. Even the damn walls inside the apartment buildings weren't straight. I know it first hand, unfortunately.

Haha yeah it would be much easier if I just placed everything carelessly, but I do not want to just build a republic, but a beautiful one too. Maybe I’ll win a party membership promotion for excellency

When are you actually going to build something?
You know you have only 1.35M, don't you?

Actual Building will begin episode 4 most likely. Episode 2 is recorded but not edited, and I’ve placed all the citizen facilities. Episode 3 will be building residential flats. Episode 4 will most likely be when I start actually building and start clothing industry for profitable export.
I will not autobuild everything right away. I’ll try to build many things myself to save money, and I’ll prioritize the absolute necessities and industry first to ensure I can afford what I need.
I want to make sure I have everything exactly where and how I want it
I do not want to take out a loan, but might if I need to. Loans are a trap best avoided.

@@flamingcactiIndeed, loans are a deathtrap - I can have 400K-500K in loans and able to survive, that's about it.
