In this video i m showing how to make the healthy and super yummy kollu Rasam . Kollu is the Tamil name of the horseGram . Kollu is very nutritious and rich in protein. Kollu provides very good immunity against cold and flu. Kollu is also used as a remedy for to fight cold and cough . Kollu helps in burning fats so it is good weight loss food.
