Overnight Camp / Hike - Harriman State Park.

An overnight hike / camp I did in December 2018 with a few friends.
It got down to about -7 at nights and we woke up with frosty tents :)

Maybe backpacking in winter in Harriman might be the best way to avoid the fabled all-night beer-guzzling parties that reputedly occur at Harriman shelters.

Wakis85 Outdoors we walked by Tom Jones - but we camped next to Lake Skenonto. It’s the smaller lake behind Sabago. There are a few little fire rings / camp spots along the shore. Very beautiful 😀
