Vegetable Oil (for Deep Frying)
Handful of Chips
*Bater
150g Plain Flour
150g White Rice Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Salt
150ml Vodka
1 Cold Beer
1 Tbsp Honey
(add Flour to Thicken if Needed)
*Dipping Sauce
2 Tbsp Mayonaise
1-2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Lemon Zest
1 Lemon Cheek (Juiced)
1 Tsp Malt Vinegar
Black Pepper
2 Gherkins Chopped Fine
1 Tbsp Capers Chopped Fine
2 Pinch’s Fresh Dill
Half Onion Chopped Fine
1 Reef Cod
Plain Flour
*Garnis
Salt
Malt Vinegar Spray
Lemon Slice
