    The TST Industries flush mount turn signals for all Honda sportbikes 1999 and up fit within the fairing well left behind by OEM signals and clean up your sports machine, giving you a sleek and sexy look. These signals feature 15 bright amber LEDs and are available with a clear or smoked lens. The wires of the signals terminate in bullet connectors. For plug-and-play ability we offer two types of Honda harness converters. For those bikes that do not have a running light in the front signals and use a two wire circuit we recommend the 2-2 converters. For those bikes that do have the running light functionality in the front signals the correct converters will be the 3-2.

    Do the LED flush mounts not require either resistors or a relay to work on a bike that comes stock with bulb signal lights???

    The Rotator Ratchet was sold by Husky tools back in the day. This was a patented tool that got licensed to a few companies. I do not think Husky still sells them but you can get them from Stanley Tooling, as well as Matco, Snapon, and the other fancy tool companies. Stanley will be the least expensive...around 50 bucks.

    Just installed these on my 2023 cbr600rr. Had to do some modifying. Also the side upper fairings must be removed to access and remove the signals, there’s no getting around it. I’m glad with these signals although I had to do unexpected mods. Just giving you guys a heads up for 2023 cbr600rr👍🏼

    I have a 2001 honda cbr 600 f4i is the installation fairly close to the same? It almost seems like I have to take the ferrings off to get access to the 10mm bolt to take the original signals off? I can't find access to it

    I apologize in advance for what might be a dumb question but i am looking to purchase these and am not sure if I require the 2-2 converter and the 3-2. I have a 2007 CBR600RR and cannot seem to figure out which one i need.

      In that case please see our upgraded signals that use three 1W chips for light source. You can see those here: tstindustries.com/High-Intensity-Airfoil-Flushmount-Signals-Honda-CBR600RR-2013-2016.html

      TSTindustries Actually it's not so much the brightness, it's more an angle of view thing being tucked so close in to
      the fairing. People have a hard enough time seeing us on the street as it is. But, I guess I would have to see it in person to really know. And don't get me wrong, I think they look great and love your products. Getting ready to order a couple of items shortly. Also big times for answering all inquires and comments on here. Keep up the good work.

    Hey great video, question for you. I bought a CBR 929RR and trying to find a flush mount signal for the front. Would these fit? Thanks

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 2 lety

      I owned two of those bikes back in the day. The signals I used back then were just generic side markers. Going from memory and a photo of the accepting hole, the Halo-1 signals will not likely fit nicely on that bike. We designed these for perfect fit on the fairinngs they are meant to mount into, and there are very slim chances that they would work on other bikes with fairinngs that are vastly different in contours.

    You should make a video for the 2013 and 2014 model as well, or does this procedure work on those years already?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 10 lety

      We have that video in the plans for the near future. The procedure is very similar if you want to go that way. The installation on a 2013+ is actually a lot easier and does not require the routing wire. The last time I installed these on a 2013 it took me roughly 5 minutes per side. We will try to get our hands on one of these bikes and get you guys a video.

    I need help with my 2006 cbr 600rr...... I have a integrated taillight with the LED flush mount flashers on the front. When I turn on the right turn signal the back integrated taillight works, but has The hyper flash problem because I assume that there was no relay. But my front LED flush mount turn signal will not blink at all. All it does is stay on.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 8 lety

      Hondas have two circuits in the front signals; running light and signal light. The running light (L=orange/white,R=blue/white) is always on when the bike is turned on. The signal light (L=orange,R=blue) cycles on and off controlled by the flasher relay. It sounds like your front signals are connected to the running light wire instead of the signal light wire. Disconnect the front signal lamps from the wires with the white stripes and use the solid color wires instead (L=orange,R=blue). Green on both sides is ground.

    • @TSTindustries

      ...oh, and to fix the hyperflash you will need to get our LED Flasher Relay

    Do I need the converters in order to install these flush mount blinkers?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 2 lety

      If you are installing out inexpensive simple flushmounts and want a plug and play connection then yes. If you are installing out Halo-1 signals then they come pre-configured with oem connectors so you wouldn't need anything additional.

    any chance of an installation video for the CBR600RR 2003/04 model?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 9 lety

      Kim Burden If we get our hands on that model locally we can make that video. On that particular model this installation is substantially easier without the need for snaking the wires. The access to the signal well from behind the fairing is much easier on the 03-06 model than on the later ones.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 10 lety

      When you remove your OEM signals clip off the plug with 4" of wire and hard wire the flushmounts into those wires. Then you should have pretty much the same installation as in the video.

    • @tdotmotodan
      @tdotmotodan Před 10 lety

      TSTindustries In the video you confirm that the new CBRs need the 3 to 2 wire converter so there will be a ground, signal, and running light wire. I read on your website that it says to ensure you do not connect to the running light wire. Is the same trial and error procedure used as on your license plate light video (I understand in this case you want to tap into the running light wire). I ordered the flush mount signals not knowing the converter kit makes the install easier (shipping takes for ever to Ontario . . . not your guys fault of course and I don't want to have to wait 2 - 3 weeks for the converter). Is there anyway to tell by color code? Thanks.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  Před 10 lety +1

      on our converters for the CBR the color code is the same as on the signals so there is no trial and error process to go through. If you are hard wiring you will want to not connect the blue/white wire on one side, and the orange/white wire on the other side. You will be left with a green wire and an orange wire on one side, and on the other side you will be left with a blue wire and a green wire. You connect the greens to the black leads from the signals. The yellow on the signals will connect to the orange on one side and blue on the other.
