The designer(s) did a really really great job with that old Victorian house. I'm mean, modern, yet still has a lot of charm. I love the updated modern re-do. 💖💖💖
that's the only house in that neighborhood from that time period remaining. would be nice if the didn't tear down the other neighboring houses taking away the charm of the neighborhood and now it sort of stands out and doesn't fit the surroundings. not sure how much that affects the value that your house doesn't look like the others but it was designed by the architect of the griffith observatory. that building next to it completely dominates it and obscures the front view, takes away from it and it's in it's shadow.

Why do they keep doing everything in gray? Its dull and drab. People do not know how to design anymore with class. The builders and designers are on crack. Its a nice home but they ruin these spaces when they do this.
