I’m dying at the ok sign thing 😂
I’m tuned in. My mediation is in 13 days, and I’m ready to view the mediation brief in the next week or so. I will know then what my attorney is demanding in the mediation. I just know this video will be a good one. As always you never fail to disappoint. Thanks Vince!
@NurseBaddie I just want to say thank you for your service during the nightmare time 3 years ago. Yes, I do know what the setting looks like .. yes the Filippino nurses laughing and joking yes I see that and am aware of that type of setting. When I was a New York City Dept of Health city worker, not the lazy one and I was out in the frontline all five boros. I have seen all types of settings. Also, I know where Beverly Hill is.I have been there when I was living in California as long as I live I think I have seen enough to ruin my idealism. To this day, my friend's husband even told me what the hell did you call an attorney. I am sorry you have to go through that and you will get through it. Survival of the fittest!
@@annielin2894 aww thank you! I’m also sorry you have had to experience harsh treatment on the frontline as well. This was during the height of Covid so it made it that much more difficult to bear. I still have daily anxiety attacks, because I am constantly thinking about the worst possible outcome of any scenario I’m placed in at work. I barely get any sleep. It’s not fun at all. Even settling or going to trial won’t matter much, because I am left with these crippling thoughts every single day. So much that I’m retiring this year after being an RN for 9 years. I am mentally and emotionally worn out🥹.
@NurseBaddie my frontline experience was wonderful I guess to see all kinds. It's now sitting and working from home is the nightmare LOl I love frontline I am a people person!
@@NurseBaddie I know you have been worn out and now it is time to take care of yourself more. Life is a fight!
This channel is Great for knowledge. I currently have a discrimination case against the city of Los Angeles. Are the Civil rights attorneys that are assigned to you from DFEH typically good?
Hello Mr. White. Is it true that winning the case would always depend on the composition of the jury? I spoke with an attorney regarding my discrimination case, and he told me that my chance of winning is slim because in my county, most members of the jury are Republican. I thought winning would also depend on how good the trial lawyer is... What can you say on this?
I come here for the face.
Wish me luck everyone-I got an employment atty interested in my case but it took asking 3…and on Long Island they all seem to know each other and one recommended 2 to me and the 2nd atty took my case, isn’t that funny? Thank God, but I’ve been watching all of your videos…
Can you comment on which states are better for employees in regards to awards? Love your channel! ❤
California and New York are among the best. Oregon and Washington State have some advantages as well, but it always depends on the specific claim.
Can you add a retaliation claim anytime? I have already submitted my rebuttal to the employer's position statement for a case involving not being hired. I have been thinking about the potential employer's actions and think they also retaliated against me. I am wondering if it is too late to now ask for a retaliation claim to be added to the case.
What are your options in a Bench Trail if the judge calculates your damages wrong? Or, not include all your damages you are entitled to in a Discrimination case.
I am curious about Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I am currently working on a lawsuit with strong retaliation--which included targeting me in a way to affect my PTSD (also suing for disability discrimination) IIED included in punitive damages for retalation?
Hey man, love your videos, been a great help in proper information. I have a question on recorded audio in Texas.... My boss and his wife were talking about my mother being a lesbian and when I had said that It made me uncomfortable and that I just wanted to focus on my work, a couple days later I was strategically fired. I have the audio confirming they're comments and carelessness, and I want I have lawyers working hard for me on my behalf. I've been homeless going on 8 months now and I've lost everything even my girlfriend (ex) because of how it affected me. I feel like I'm losing my mind man. Is there hope for me you think?
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
What qualifies as a high value emotional damage case? Like how bad was it?
I was fired after being on work comp but company dr sent be back full duty but I had multiple injury’s and was still under my other drs care I had strong documentation to prove the other drs said I could not return to my primary job I was totally disable and the job terminated me in a work comp offer settlement I’ve been off 2 years they stop my work comp early in my case when company ime dr sent me back . While under other drs care . What’s my rights . Is this separate from my work comp injury .

I recommend you check out our "Find an Attorney" and "Evaluate an Attorney" playlists on this channel, we designed them to help with exactly this situation.
OMG I love this dude. Hey @vince I'm a paralegal -- hire me?
We don't need a ton of paras unfortunately, but right now I'm hiring additional employment attorneys if I can find ones who I feel will do things right.
@@JobAttorney so if you want to help me with representation and/or right-doing employment I'd be down. Actually I called and have intake with Victoria tomorrow/today. She said you guys only do sexual harassment and I was liiiike, uhh vinnyyyy?
@@mateoenkc We only take workplace discrimination and workplace sexual harassment claims in most States. We generally decline most other claims as being better dealt with by local counsel.
@@JobAttorney problem is local attorneys are all friends with this person it seems
@@JobAttorney still love you
