    I agree 6 minutes to rub in with the first sunscreen is entirely too long... I LOVE Supergoop, I use the unseen Supergoop and it’s clear in color and works perfect, no white cast on the face.. Mine takes 15 minutes and that's honestly better than shelling out 20+ on sunscreen. I don't have the money to afford 20+ when I've got to use it every 2 hours every day and they don't give you more than 3 oz. Mine was around 8 dollars for 4oz on Amazon and it works just fine. At first, I would get Casper's twin sister white cast, but then I tried this trick this other black CZcamsr said and she said to apply it in a thin layer. I used 6 or 7 layers and it left no white cast versus putting everything on all at once.

Depending on where you live you probably done even need any sunscreen. Thank you so much for the video because people of color often forget to use it and it’s so important no matter how dark your skin is

    You're not supposed to rub sunscreen into your skin apparently. You apply it, it forms a film. I wonder what these sunscreens look like on your skin after 15 minutes without rubbing it in

    • @xoReni
      @xoReni  Pƙed 3 lety

      Not true! You rub in and then it takes 15 mins to fully dry and create the film. But you still have to rub in lol!

    • @Kyprioth071
      @Kyprioth071 Pƙed 3 lety

      I've actually yet to find a dermatologist who says you have to rub in any kind of product for a long period of time--that would definitely irritate anyone's skin. The overarching theme is to be gentle with your skin to avoid damaging the top layer. So just gently rub in to apply just like you would anything else.
