He tells stories of Babe Ruth playing games during the MLB off-season against many of the black stars of the time, he even faced Satchel Paige I believe. And according to Buck, Babe had absolutely no problem hitting the ball whether the hand throwing it was white, or black or any shade in between. And they are just some cool stories, r.i.p. Buck.
