Being from Texas and growing up in the Lake Fork area, I have never supported the SAL program. I’ve always said that we stopped seeing the caliber of fish to get into the top 10 when the program started. But after watching your video, I have learned that the program is not all bad. Great video, thanks for the education and congrats on the beautiful fish!
This video was your best yet. Not just because of the monster PB, but just because of how much you had to roll with the punches. None of that was on the itinerary, past getting out and finding fish. To navigate all of that while also somehow being a one man band with cameras AND on-screen storytelling is honestly pretty insane. So many things hanging in the balance for this to all go right. Killer work as always.
