Does ur vent to atmosphere bov cause a cel for a vacuum leak detection ??

I think it vented to the atmosphere, but I didn't get a CEL and I drove it for a year before I sold it.

Question, did you have problems with your turbo after the install? Not because this makes it less reliable but because I saw oil in the turbo chamber where it shouldn't be. Lol

I had all sorts of problems with the car including leaking turbo oil lines, but I don't know if it was because of this install.
Something needed fixing every other week, but people said that's part of owning a mini. I eventually sold it.

To make the shhh sound after you let off the gas. No real purpose other than that.

I didn't notice any gains. It was mainly for the noise.

Ive heard it can cause bad turbo lag have you experienced that? Also after 2 months of owning what are your thoughts on it so far?

I didn't notice any turbo lag, and I liked the blow off valve noise. Unfortunately the car had so many problems come up every other week that I sold it.
