the story and environment lays closer to god of war but the combat looks way more like a souls game. im not saying it's automatically a soulslike but there is a LOT of representation.

TBH gameplay of most action games are better than elden ring. Souls games excel at world building and lore, not gameplay combat. Black Myth Wukomg will have more more similarities to God of War than Elden Ring.

From the feedback, it seems that this game is generally considered a masterpiece with a score of 90 or above in everyone's eyes. I am really looking forward to playing it, and I have already pre ordered it❤
Chinese artists are unique in what they're able to do, with their amazing talent and craft, I'm genuinely excited for a title after years, to experience something hopefully fresh! Bloodborne > Elden Ring btw! At some point I felt saturated with so much content with even more on the map content to check out and loot in Elden Ring. Felt like UBI soft's map activities. So much yet feeling soul less at many instances. The duplicated bosses as well as an unclear plot didn't help either. Eventually I gave up on the game, But still excited to hear any info about bloodborne still!! Very well crafted polt, lore, game mechanics and weapons. If you'v ever been a hunter you know what I mean! Looking forward to playing DS3 for the first time though! Great video! 🙏🏽
Wouldn't say that. Miyazaki's map design is way way better and Game Science needs time to challenge Miyazaki. But I would say it's better than Ni-oh and Wolong.
There's no way this game can be better than Elden Ring simply because the devs just do not have the experience that Fromsoft has accumulated over the decades. Especially when it comes to level design.
I’m curious to know if there are anything other than bosses in this game? I haven’t seen ANY gameplay of combat with regular enemies since this was announced
yeah there was an offline invited (or applied) play test in Hangzhou last week. Participants can play 2 hours on a full built level in the game. So there are a lot of reviews coming out this week.

Yeah the combat of those games is better but they are more focussed titles. I think it’s fairer to compare Sekiro than it is to compare Elden ring which still relies on the old Souls formula which is beginning to show its age.
I think the exploration aspect of soul games is better than GOW and GOT. I prefer GOW more than GOT, most things in GOT are very repetitive, boss fights are just underwhelming even in lethal mode. Speaking of combat mechanics, Nioh 2 is probably the best one out there, it also has the best NG+ system as well.
I've been so hyped for this since it was first revealed, since I like Xi You Ji and Sun Wukong. But since all releases (so far) are digital only, the hype has died down for me... I'm a physical release console gamer 🥲

This is by far my most anticipated of the year. Even over Elden DLC. Can not wait. I am certain it will be my GoTY.

They didn't add trophies yet so we don't know what kind trophies will be there
