    something i learned earlier today came from a tutorial by Code: Pandorum aka INHUMAN:
    he likes using the fruity granulizer alot. he would put random sounds in there (like weird percussion loops or instrument one shots etc) and tweak the parameters to create a complex layer for his serum basses. especially useful for adding transients to the bass

      "Deathstep" had a little pop here in Florida for a few months and then died out. It's all riddim over here. Hopefully that will change in the future.

      @@cody42693 I like riddim too!! It's happened with a lot of genres with me though. After so long, some new and shiny genre comes around and is more interesting lmao. Musical phases I guess.
      I see dubstep heading towards that hybrid peekaboo sound in the future.
      And also hardwave is going to be huge, once it takes off here In the US

    • @cody42693
      @cody42693 Před 2 lety +1

      @@JewelzUFO I love Peekaboo's sound. Yeah it's either new genres or someone with a fresh style just flips a genre on its head. Just how it goes. It's a good and bad thing, I like EDM in general because there's always the possibility someone can come up and completely change the scene in any genre. The genres can definitely get repetitive though, especially Riddim because it's suppose to be repetitive to a point to get that flow and groove going, but unfortunately a lot of it can sound so similar. Lately i'm just into any weird sounding bass drops or ones that just totally surprise me.
