Never knew that Serum noise was mono and 3xosc was stereo
something i learned earlier today came from a tutorial by Code: Pandorum aka INHUMAN:
he likes using the fruity granulizer alot. he would put random sounds in there (like weird percussion loops or instrument one shots etc) and tweak the parameters to create a complex layer for his serum basses. especially useful for adding transients to the bass
Damn, this is a cool tip. I didn't realize Code Pandorum/INHUMAN did tutorials either!
@@cody42693 actually my bad, it was a livestream not a tutorial. just look up code pandorum deathstep bass production on youtube, you will find it
@@dansylas Alright, thanks!
Everything aside, look at that adorable smile of will's in the thumbnail 🤣🤣🤣👌🏼
😉
Oh heck yes
YESS! the video I waited for!
Cheers, thank you!
That white noise trick is pretty dope.
Ohmicide has one of the most creative distortions Ive heard yet, Id recommend that plugin.
suuper fuzzy and squealy
Alright i check it out thx
@@erichughes3987 It also makes things PHATT, it has some juice quality to it, especially when you put it onto drums, you may have to temper it a little but it transforms them.
@@snashley611 do it!
been waiting for another deathstep video !!!!!
Maybe a guide on how to make darksynth bass like Carpenter Brut or Perturbator?
Yes! Absolutely, this!
Another banger video!!!!!!
My man 🙏🏻
Mega fan of this video, gonna save it for later!
Your death step tutorials are always helpful for beginners like me 🙂 thanks 👍
Very Helpful
Also you can use a RUINA as a distortion, amazing plugin, i absolutely love it
Plus OTT and you're good :)
Anarchy Comp is much more effective, without pushing the highs.
Never listened to deathstep but watched the video anyway, it was cool lol
“The original…”
CRAZY SYNTH
“The layer…”
CRAZIER SYNTH
“They work together…”
DROP!!!!
excuse me for simping, because you're super talented, but you're also very handsome
YO….start selling that shirt you’re wearing I would LOVE to buy one! A hoodie would also be sick!
Do you have a SoundCloud
I use it all the time. thank you. But the download is slow and I'm always in trouble (laughs). I think it would be nicer if the download speed was faster.
I want a tutorial on how to make Death House!
This genre does exist? :D
@@Ghosthack It will once you make it. I have confidence in you.
@@urbandecay3436 Maybe something like excision would make. A mixture of heavy brostep and hard electro house.🤔 Would definitely love that Video.
meat time!🥩
what happened to will?
Maybe he decided to take a break?
bro upload yt shorts
You have a Whitechapel shirt, don't lie.
These genres are getting a bit dumb lmao
Deathstep is just like the hardest form of dubstep is how I generally hear it defined. Sometimes metal is incorporated too. Oh, also has a pan snare usually.
@@cody42693 at the end of the day, it's just minute differences.
"Deathstep" had a little pop here in Florida for a few months and then died out. It's all riddim over here. Hopefully that will change in the future.
Honestly can't tell one riddim producer from the other these days. Only dudes like subtronics, who have unique sounds are memorable.
@@JewelzUFO Shit man, I like Riddim and even I have to agree with that. Subtronics is unique as hell with his sound.
@@cody42693 I like riddim too!! It's happened with a lot of genres with me though. After so long, some new and shiny genre comes around and is more interesting lmao. Musical phases I guess.
I see dubstep heading towards that hybrid peekaboo sound in the future.
And also hardwave is going to be huge, once it takes off here In the US
@@JewelzUFO I love Peekaboo's sound. Yeah it's either new genres or someone with a fresh style just flips a genre on its head. Just how it goes. It's a good and bad thing, I like EDM in general because there's always the possibility someone can come up and completely change the scene in any genre. The genres can definitely get repetitive though, especially Riddim because it's suppose to be repetitive to a point to get that flow and groove going, but unfortunately a lot of it can sound so similar. Lately i'm just into any weird sounding bass drops or ones that just totally surprise me.
