Summary: Aaron stuns his family and friends when he tentatively comes clean about the real reason he attacked Jackson. Following his revelation, Aaron's surprised when the court decides that he should be given a 150-hour community order as opposed to a custodial sentence. Later, celebrating at Smithy, Adam lightly teases Aaron but it's clear that he's disappointed about Jackson leaving. Adam tries to assure Aaron that he did the right thing but it's clear that he's full of fear and regret as he begins to question whether he just made the biggest mistake of his life. Can Aaron move on now everyone knows his secret? Or will he regret coming out?

cain's way of explaining things is brillant, he really is spot on at times,
That final scene of Aaron and Adam walking together across the field was the standout moment of a very emotional episode - the dialogue beforehand was so simple and get powerful at the same time. Aaron had finally admitted who he was but fears being treated differently. Adam walking beside him and supporting him signifies he would be there every step of the way. Adam has been a good influence on Aaron - he tells things how they are, he looks out for him and most importantly, he has his back. Love their friendship.

I love the friendship between Aaron and Adam to pieces. So much that I'm glad it's not romantic. I'm also liking Cain in this part, he's all kinds of awesome.

Aw. Aaron and Adam have the cutest friendship. And, that's just it. I want them to stay as friends. I love how Adam is so supportive on Aaron. He really is. And how they're able to make light of everything that's happened a little. One step at a time, Aaron's getting there, and it just makes me smile :)
Of all the gems in this storyline, I think the friendship between Adam and Aaron is quite possibly my very favorite. I wish I'd had a friend like Adam when I was wrestling with self-loathing. In my mind, I can peek at their lives ten years down the line, twenty years down the line, and I imagine they are still best of mates and have been together through good times and bad.
There needs to be more coming out things and gay storylines in soaps and on TV because its such a difficult thing to come to terms with whether its a male or female coming out, hopefully this and future stories like this inspire people to be themselves and help them through the hard times.

what a great storyline. i love how they all said and agreed that they weren't going to go to court, but they all showed up anyway. and adam is such a good mate. it is great to see him and aaron closer than ever. i can't wait to see where that bromance goes!
now that this whole court debacle is over and done with, the real story can start!

I so love Adam, he keeps it real. Hes the only one who can yell and scream at Aaron and not get punched for it...lol . what a great bromance. Wishing for more, maybe later down the line Adam will start liking him. I love the look he gave Aaron when he was jokeing about the text. That was not a happy face.(interesting)
I so hope people don't treat Aaron wrong. Good to see his family pull together for him.

Finally! Adam is such a great person. You know, it would be really difficult to fall for him and have feelings for him... As Aaron realized. It's good that they're mates though. I have a friend who I feel those feelings for, but, I know he doesn't have the same... only friendship. It's great to be around him, but, it's difficult at the same time... because of my feelings. So, I try to distance myself... sometimes. But, I'm glad he's in my life at least as a friend. I'm sure Aaron feels the same.

Aww that was so great how Adam was there with Aaron at the end. Makes those problems see a bit easier if Adam is there to support. And like getting over Jackson is so easy... it's not like Aaron is going to jump back into the bars and look for another guy. No one compares to Jackson, he's different.
It still pisses me off the way people treat Pearl.

I just realized Aaron's lawyer is Ste from the movie beautiful thing Jamie's boyfriend I knew it looked familiar and then it just popped into my head how freakin awesome! three cheers for Steve to come to the to come to the rescue haha I love it Danny Miller did you pick him out on purpose? you are one smart guy I'm glad he got this part in this scene I hadn't seen him in a while in fact it was his reunion show from the movie this show gets better and better!
we all loved Ste, The Beautiful Thing was a classic. He was brill in The Bill too
2:50 - 4:30 was a beautiful, intimate scene between two great friends. So well done, it's hard to believe there were camera's filming them. So believable.

It's funny later when Aaron and Adam go to bars and people think they're a couple and they laugh. From this to that
Never say never. They keep teasing us with Adam and Aaron. Why do
they do it? They barely show Adam with Scarlett, he mentions her more
than we see her. And whenever someone talks about him and Scarlett
being in love, he always shrugs it off. His friendship with Aaron is much
deeper and stronger than his relationship is with Scarlett .

@betweenthedays Yeah i definately agree there , even though there are many fans of this show and storyline ,including myself, who would love to fantasize and see them together lol but now especially at this part of the storyline its great seeing this type of a relationship between a straight guy and a gay and showing that it can actually happen :)
