I think all prices can be mentioned. You put the name of the environment and the year besides and everything is ok. It gives still an excellent comparison.
I agree with you 1000%, Everyone's budget will be different. As you said, the goal is to learn from other people and understand what it takes to build from abroad and help motivate each other. At the end of the day, it is a blessing to accomplish a goal you set for yourself/family. Keep going!
Awesome video, beautiful building and great argument 👍🏽. Lol leave the pricing to us. We'll give them a guide to take on their journey. Those who want to count the money in our pockets can count. 😂 Those who want to learn and take a lesson out from our videos will be happy to do so becausethey have someone like you and me. There are always bad apples but we're not here for that. Let's inspire others to build back home. Keep up the good work, brother🙏🏽
Your point on pricing is well taken. I try to give a disclaimer as far as sharing prices in my videos. I never post in real time. I'm too busy for that.😂
Based on how much better you are with giving costs, you seem have more time than me, Em! 😂 At least you give prices more than I do. Maybe when the project is all said and done I might make time and do a cost video where a disclaimer like you and others do and time stamps for stages so it is clear to discerning people. For now, I will continue being “lazy” in give cost when I can and let the likes of African Building Hub get their shine.
@@GhanabaKwaku 😂 I keep a note of every dime spent, so I just refer to it whenever I get the time to do my voice overs. It clearly doesn’t work most of the time because I would share all that in the video and someone will still comment “how much did you spend”? Lol are you kidding me?! Are you sure you watched the video?😜 😆
@@GhanabaKwaku Right, I'm going to be sharing only quantities of materials from now on because, some ppl are just more interested in how much money one have. They don't care about our hustle.
Do they have any cnc plasma machine in Ghana yet the reason why I am asking is because of one of the panels I saw in this video because you can't do that by hand so easily??
Hello Kojo; there are plasma cutting machines in Ghana. The one you saw was cut in Ghana and I filmed and shared the cutting process for ours in one of the videos.
Prices are changing constantly. So no one is willing to give Prices for any particular part of their building process. Since so many people from the diaspora are looking to come and build, the greed is real. If you don't come soon, building will be Price prohibitive for most.
Watching and taking notes 📝. My opinion please, pricing usually gives them a reference point. Logically, a rational being should know prices are not stable. But guess what, your only exercising your franchise
I am not against people doing it, Bright. As long as it gives concrete information like you and a few others like Prince & Nikki do an awesome job at it. It really is good to see you give people that reference point. It just isn’t the first thing that comes to mind for me when making these videos. That coupled with the insane prices in Ghana… I will leave giving prices to you guys😀
@@kojomensah7474 ah! Now I get it. That is a good question. Maybe when we finish building mine and I can have a place to think soundly, we can think about doing for others.
Your concept on pricing doesn’t hold in value. The point in sharing your experience is to help others is what you said at the start of your video. Not including prices is only telling half the experience. What would we use to comparison, especially in Ghana right now with all the unfair pricing bestowed on black Americans coming over there. Your video is helpful to who sir???
I appreciate the comment; thank you. The main reason for our CZcams channel is posterity - for us and generations after us to hopefully see what we did. Secondary to that is for others to get encouragement from us that regardless of the cost, if you have the will, you will make a way. There are other channels that focus on price and I think there should be a space for those who want to watch the experience and not be scared away by “cost” and those who want to know cost first. Please subscribe if you haven’t already and enjoy the journey with us. 🙏🏾
@@GhanabaKwaku I have subscribed and I have to respect the way you choose to share your journey. I only wish I could learn more about the entire process so I can avoid price gouging. I’m already inspired, price will not stop me from building, however the cost of not knowing what others have paid will for sure get me ripped off.
@user-gg1bt3bn4b ; thank you for sticking around. As I mentioned in my last video, seeking multiple quotes/estimates is always advised. Hopefully by doing so you can see the price gouging from the truth. As much as I don’t like doing prices, I will consider doing that on videos going forward.
@@GhanabaKwaku really??? I will be moving to cape coast at the end of year. Your knowledge and process is something that I need. If you would please consider sharing prices I would be forever grateful.

Very well said Mr Eric. I started laughing when you said some people want to count the money in your pocket 😂.
