2 onions.

2 cloves of garlic.
Parsley.
Provencal herbs.
2 eggs.
Flour 3 tbsp
Vegetable fat.
Fry on both sides over medium heat.

Interesting what if slowly cook the cabbage on the frying pan, instead of boiling it? I’ve heard that when cabbage vapors out on the frying pan it keeps all taste, but not sure if it will work well with this recipe. Thank you for such great idea, must be delicious! Going to try it soon😋
