½ cabbage
1 onion
Salt
Cook cabbage until soft
3 eggs
Crush with a blender
Add an onion
Salt
thyme
flour 3 tbsp
Mix well.
Wait 15 minutes.
yogurt
Garlic

особенно умилило, что в описании пишет - рецепт достался от бабушки и дедушки, всегда его готовили, а в заголовке пишет - почему я не знала это рецепт!)))
Tried the first recipe right away - very yummy, sehr gut! The cabbage takes at least 20 min on a full boil to soften, after which I drained it in a colander and pressed lightly with a fork to remove a bit more water. I didn’t have a hand-held blender, so I used a kitchen mixer to blend it with the 3 eggs. I used about half the salt that they did. For those in the USA, leave the CZcams comment (cc) on to convert the German text to English, for example, 3 EL flour = 3 tablespoons flour. I only let the completed batter rest for 10 min, not the 15 they recommended. After adding enough olive oil to just cover the bottom of the frying pan, I set my electric stove's temperature to medium-high to get the sizzle seen in the video as you plop a large spoonful of batter into the pan (be sure to use olive oil since it can handle the high heat without smoking). 3 or 4 minutes per side got mine crispy golden brown. Topping - I used about a cup of plain yogurt . I had no fresh dill, so I used some dry dill from a store-bought bottle and still got a nice mild dill taste.
