Blue heron is all custom Christopher homes hasn’t built anything in a long time this is there first custom project since c2 lofts, who ever is the designer of this project should receive a award 🥇

Have people gone mad??? 1M used to be a luxury house for someone who has FU-money! This looks like an average joe's (modern) townhouse? How do people afford that kinda mortgage? Just to put it in perspective: 1M mortgage with 5% down (which is 50K BTW) + Taxes and Ins. is almost 6K a month!!! How is this possible?
Christopher Homes is killing it,no doubt
2800 sq ft plus and only 2 bedrooms for around a million dollars? The interior of this home is absolutely beautiful, especially the first level, but I would have to redesign it for a 3rd bedroom with it's own bath or bump the square footage to accommodate the addition of it. These would sell out in Los Angeles so fast with all the sliders and airflow opportunities throughout the space.

This was an Absolutely Beautiful Bachelor Pad ! Why no Elevator? Never saw the price of that Model ? You do Amazing Videos, keep it up and your Attention to Detail !
Right now, my two favorite Las Vegas builders are Toll Bros and Christopher Homes. I am not yet familiar with Blue Heron.
It’s a lot of money for a two bedroom home, but it’s stunning. I know a lot of people are complaining about the price so maybe I just don’t know much about real estate and design because I didn’t think it was bad for how cool the home is. I live in a small college town in Wyoming and there are homes for sale here in the 400-500,000$ range that haven’t been updated since the 70’s. I’ve also seen homes in the $500,000 range here with wood trimmed laminate countertops and oak cabinets 😳🤭

You need to mention to the viewers that its freezing there in the winter and hot as hell in the summer with huge a/c costs, the sand winds damage the pools, windows and paint and the plumbing pipes crack and get damage after 5+ years because of the cold weather thats why i sold my nevada home. Homes you show are very nice and not easy to sell your videos are nice.

Tell the builder for that much no one should see straight through the home from the front windows or door Windows now from the inside but not from the outside. I can see for 250k to 300k not near 1m. It is nice, thanks for sharing.

great design, the top floor can be converted into 2 beds, a bath and mini lounge. The ground floor can be the main bedroom, therefore a having 3 bedroom home.

I remember I saw video about that house from the right too, with crazy stairs, but I don't find it anymore.
The master bedroom is very nice but i believe it would of even been better if it had had the balcony instead of the bathroom but over all its very nice, i would definitely redecorate the furnishings with something that would bring it out more but overall its a nice place, also love your watch its beautiful as well👍🏼

“We have six flights of stairs.” Dude, that is some formidable entryway. This home was beyond cheap. Engineered floors. No dishwasher. One oven. I could go on but why bother. I am so unimpressed.

I usually don't comment about stoves on real estate videos but that was a nice cooktop! Personally I love Bertazonni and I have a bertazonni 48 inch 6 burner gas cooktop with an electric griddle I love it it costs more then Bosch cooktops but it's worth it I probably will feel out if you ever check out a house that has Bertazonni appliances lol

I was just about to say! Is that even code approved to have romex exposed without any kind of conduit? How would it pass inspection?
Romex IS 3 or 5 wires in conduit. That's what makes it Romex. The outer coating is super tough and if you're in a house in N. America, there's Romex in every wall, running directly along studs and over the rafters in every ceiling. When it is run through an additional conduit its most likely for the purpose of organization, not for code.

Yeah, that property is bad ass and using that idea for an outdoor shower was a sweet touch. I agree that they shouldn't of used drywall, where the bathtub knobs are......Minor fixes. Only problem I noticed, where you growing your cannabis at!?! Nevertheless, the property is one of my favorites, yet!!!

I agree about the bathtub they should have had the slab come all the way up behind the faucet. It's going to get wet and break apart. I thought that was a dishwasher by the sink it looked like one to me unless its' a faux dishwasher. They went all out decorating it, but the high quality isn't really there especially for a 1m dollar home in the desert. Quartz is man manufactured

Well most homes that are worth one million dillars are shit and not evwn worth all the money because they usually use the cheapest materials I think this home for a couple without kids is good or a single person but in my opinion is vetter to build your own home or boy a big house and pay architecture to reconstruct the house how you want.
