I have progressive glasses and yes you do have to get used to them it took me like 2weeksI even got a few headaches but after that I'm really glad I got progressive...but you have to use them everyday to get used to them...then after that there awesome my 2nd pair of progressive I got transition with a ray ban frame. With anti glare .....and there perfect my first pair of progressive don't have anti glare and it sucks but I got used to them ibtell everyone who needs glasses at least get anti glare that's all you need ...progressive glasses are awsome
It looks as if you didn’t get an anti reflective coating on your bifocals. I know we are all different but I find that without the coating they feel uncomfortable to me. Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺.
Samething I'm 41. Never had an issue with my sight. Now i have to hold things far away to read. I bought reading glasses but decided to go to the eye doctor and get bifocals as well.
You probably have hypermetropia that was masked by the ability of our eyes to accommodate with its focusing power. Unfortunately the strength of this power diminishes in our late 30s. If you have perfect distance vision, most people will start to struggle with close work in their late 40s. However if you have uncorrected hyperopia, the onset will be sooner.
same here, I just got mine and can NOT get used to them. thx for the video!
I ended up replacing the lenses so I can see far away. I just couldn’t get used to them. Thank you for watching
How are ur glasses doing now?
You should try Varilux Comfort Max it's a much better progressive lenses with optiflex technology in the mid range category
My Man!! WE R TH SAME whn it comes to wearing shades in ANY WEATHER LoL.. Now I jst got mine yesterday n ur RIGHT its a HUGE PAIN I feel like Im a freakin robot havin to move my head all th time.. Had glasses since 13 n its hard gettn use to this.. I too have th progressive n transiton.. Again its a pain.. So yea Ima have to get use to it but havin scloritis in my right eye doesnt help 🤦🏻♂️ Either way thnx Now Ik wht to do..
When getting used to progressives it is easier to wear them constantly when you are getting used to them. Good luck!
I ended up with 2 different glasses, A reading pair and an everyday pair
@@diawithraul the everyday pair is the progressives ?
@@Matowix yes with my prescription to see far away
@@diawithraul so the progressive is not good for reading ?
@@Matowix I’m sorry I got that backwards, I have transition lenses for my everyday with the prescription to see further. This way when I go outside they act as sunglasses because they darken but I am still able to read when them so long as the print is not too small that’s when I would switch to my reading glasses. Sorry for the confusion
I am confused are they bifocals or progressive lenses?
Progressive
Progressive are too expensive. $500 t0 1200 with my insurance. I get reading glasses from ebay or amazon, 4 packs for $10
Yeah they are dark when outside
Yeah its crazy. I just got mine and can't get used to them. I will have to get a pair of reading glasses
That is what I ended up doing
@@diawithraul You look great in your glasses
I just got may new progressive lense Varilux Comfortmax Azio the first time I use them no adjustment at all it just feel so natural.
Sometimes the problem is the measurements specially the PD me aid measurement and minor adjustment with the frame
Don't give up just keep wearing and practice on how to use I can't see fine print up close so I got progressive eye glasses because I dint want the hard line in the middle of my lenses...and to be honest I didn't like them at first but looked up some videos on how to use them and turn my head at different angles but once I got use to them I really like them ...but everyone is different I understand but give them a chance...I like progressive because I don't have to swap them out when I need to read I like the fact that I can do everything with them ...I didn't like them at all at first but after a while I adapted well with them
@@heartthrob2768 where to get them? Can you provide a link please?
Frame is way to big
They are sunglass frames, I meant them to be bigger
U r cute
Haha, he lives in a hotel!
