Jokes aside, i can see it being useful, but not as wireless solution for gaming, since ur adding more cables basically.
🤣🤣 I guess it more so gets round the issue of having to run lengths of cable across a wall or room... could come in handy for some people depending on the use case

Any idea if you could use one transmitter and 2 receivers to display the same content on two screens simultaneously?
Holy moly, 400 dollars! Do you think the tech inside actually cost that much or is it a little overpriced?
A little overpriced I think, as I found Iogear’s 4K wireless hdmi equivalent for under $300 (waiting on my order of the triangle shaped ones to try out)...than again wireless 4K hdmi is still fairly niche.
It was a toss up between this and Iogears.
May try this later on for another device I have in the house.
I’ve also looked at Wireless 4K camera options but they are in the thousands of dollars range.

These devices been out forever. This is a simplified version. All the old ones come with a ir receiver. One ir sender the other is the receiver. Same technology that's used in your TV remote control. Also the old ones come with power adapters. This version in the video has all those things built inside it. If you want a simplified easy way. Spend the $400.00 or buy a old with the ir receivers hanging out plugged in the wall. I went the old way.
Hey, I have a question, I'm building a new gaming room with triple monitor setup with a TV on top. So, what desk would you suggest me ? Should I custom build a desk ? Or should I go with the Ikea instead ? I ordered everything else for a setup other than the desk. Nice video btw. Love your setup !!

Will it work to stream into a contiguous room? This is well near within a 30m range, barely 5m actually… but will it transmit through a wall? It’s only drywall material…
You could tape those to the back of your tvs and monitors, lessening the cable mess. Nice!

True, but you have to have a strong Bluetooth controller connection. If the friend lives next door maybe.

Limited to 30 FPS @ 4K (product page doesn't outline fps at other resolutions, assuming it's a fixed 30fps), so next to useless for Gaming and most things nowadays..

This is on the right track but it needs to be much cheaper. 200 quid is too much for what it does. It has to be half that at most to make sense
One or two cables isn't too much. I certainly wouldn't want to congest the airwaves any more than I need to. I just enjoy a good WiFi signal. The closest house is at least 300 feet away so there really is not a lot of 2.4 or 5 GHz interference here if any at all. Really, living sorta close to an airport I might have more trouble channels used by DFS being unavailable. Any FCC compliant WiFi router will not use the DFS channels if it detects their use by an airport, it will check them automatically before it even transmits on them. This way the maker of the router and its users won't get visits from the FCC which I imagine no one really wants.

It's not wireless, it replaces one, cable adds two chargers, FOUR other cables and two large units - as opposed to one cable for £10!
The HDMI signal between the 2 units is wireless 👍
At least it supports 60 Hz at 1080p
