    That house should be around $180k in a sensible real estate market.

    We are in this community and something not notated is that the backyards are not at all finished. We purchased earlier this year and we are in the Enzo which is a 4 bed/3 bath, not a 5 bed.

    There is absolutely no room to put furniture in the bedrooms

      While I agree some of the smaller homes in the neighborhood may not have the biggest of bedrooms. I think the wide angle lens may be contributing to the smaller look of the rooms. The bedrooms are standard size. Thanks for watching!

      Indeed…. Tiny rooms. And my biggest gripe, the houses are right on top of one another…..you can probably hear your neighbors vacuum. With all this desert land can’t we please put some room between the houses??? SMH 🤦

    I have never heard the main bath called a public bath. And common area being called public space. Is that a thing now?

    • @phoenixarizonaliving321
      @phoenixarizonaliving321  Před 3 měsíci +1

      I use the word public because nobody needs to go through your private space as in bedroom to access it. It could be my own thing.
