You know it's bad when they now consider $500k homes to be thought of as "affordable"

There are two series of homes and depending on the series, smaller lots are 53 x 120 and the larger homes are 63 x 120. These are base numbers and you can get larger lots in the community but most typically these are the lot sizes.

Well that would depend on where one works of course. This community is just a few minutes away from the 303 Corridor which is home to some huge businesses such as Amazon, Dicks Sporting Goods, Sub Zero, Chewy, Bimbo bakeries just to name a few. This area is booming with new supply chain facilities. Lots of employment in this area.

Homes built in the 90s are still thriving today, with neighborhoods like Camelback Corridor and Arcadia standing as prime examples. They're not just holding up but are highly sought-after with increasing equity. So, a well-built home in a good area can be a solid investment for decades!

This master planned community is surrounded by the Peoria Regional Preserve. This neighborhood in particular pretty much backs the mountains. While anything is possible I don't see them putting apartments within the community. Thanks for watching!

Maricopa county has no chance of water issues. I've been hearing this since I've lived here in 1980s and yet golf courses continue to multiply in number, agriculture canals, etc. You might want to research aquafers and the Colorado.

I agree. More affordable as opposed to say 1.2 million so it's subjective. Those who didn't buy two years ago and need a home are really feeling the price and interest pinch.
