And the context in which this scene is included is not about 26/11 attack ..special ops is all about finding the man who is behind these attacks whereas the context of the film you are talking about is just based on 26/11 attacks . The industry should definitely be blamed for underutilising his potential. I watched the whole series at one go. Kay Kay Menon your acting is engrossing, awesome expressions; so much said with non-verbal expressions thrioughout. A simple story tied together by some good characters, scenes and acting. Sajjad Delafrooz the antagonist you are a treat to watch, good articulation and suave.
We always praise acting of genuine and real league of actors (Nawazuddin Siddiqui, K K Menon, Vijay Raaz,Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Rajat Kapoor, Pankaj Kapoor and many) but as an audience we prefer watching Commercial Cinema.Time has come to entertain ourselves by real actors who live their characters.

Ajmal was trying to play psychological game against KK Menon by telling him that he is not like others. The intention behind this compliment was to put KK in a state of mind where he would not try to behave in a way such that he lose that compliment, which would compel KK to behvae politely with Ajmal. But KK recognized this trick and gave him answer without even saying that he knows what he is trying to do.

When Kasab mentions that KK’s character isn’t like others (Indian LEOs) as he doesn’t abuse. I really liked how in the next few line he abused him to show that he is one of them too!!
geeting into real character is not that simple as we think, special ARTIST like KK menon, anupam kher, nana patekar, ashutosh rana , and many others..... are treasures of our entertainment industry, ont only consciously but sbu consciously we like them and feel their presence. Thank to all such great artist and their hard work for taking us out of stress, daily routeen, and mechanical lifestyle.
This scene reminded me of Kay Kay's character DCP Rakesh Maria in Black Friday where he interrogates the terrorist in jail. Unfortunately that film was delayed and hence could not receive its due. And this particular scene in Special Ops speaks volumes of Kay Kay's talent.

Its a grace and blessings that we can see real actors in these OTT platforms. People have changed the perceptions of stars vs actors and more percentage are inclined towards the later. So hopefully actors like K K Menon, Manoj Bajpayee etc deserve the respect which they are made for.
