Stan is a one of a kind man. The fact he can hit those notes AFTER his tummy got removed because of stomach cancer shows you his ability. If it wasn't for his faith in The Lord he wouldn't be singing these days. God is good 🙏

Stan won our last Australian idol many years ago, he had cancer and sings with no stomach. His vocals are phenomenal. Should check out Guy Sebastian he’s just as good and won the first Idol. Guy Sebastian “battle scars” live acoustic at the home front

That comment about it being out of his key or range…no disrespect to you, Sir, it was a female who hit the original note, so a male, and not only that, a male who has had his entire stomach removed due to cancer, and had had to relearn how to breathe and sing without one (stomach) thereby singing from a false diaphragm, is nothing short of a miracle and a phenomenal one at that!!!!

Sorry I failed you my man. I never said he didn’t have the ability to hit the note, I said he did it in his own way, he’s in a different key. It’s a high note sung by a woman in the original so it’s completely fine that he did it his own way. I enjoyed his rendition very much as well as the original, no hate at all. Why's the video covered, Stan remade this cover with Kanyes permission and he paid dues.
When I tried to post it the first time, YT came up with a copyright claim so I had to cover it. If not I have to go through a whole dispute process for a month, sometimes more, without any guarantee they will actually allow the video to go through. Sometimes reaction videos can be nightmarish to upload. Maybe because Stan paid dues he’s also able to copyright it himself? No clue.
There's no comparison to the original song!!! Stan Walker and the Levites knocked it out of the Ball Park. Kanue West just doesn't have the range in his voice to elevate the lyrics of a brilliantly written song.
Sometimes, you have to concede that it's not always wise to sing a song you've written if you don't have the pipes for it. Kanue seems to have a real talent for writing music, and should imo concentrate on that and select artists like Stan Walker to highlight Kanue's ability to write meaningful lyrics to his music.
