Nah prison should be about rehabilitation instead of punishment as the latter won’t decrease the chances of the convict coming back to jail
@@koba5152 Rehabilitation dun totally solve the problem. There are so many cases of ex-criminals going back to their crimes after some time. There needs to be punishment, otherwise people will think that crime no need to pay.
@@rxLEE not really, although there’s still a chance prisoners may commit crimes again even after they’ve been through reformative training, the chances of that is still less when they are punished. Also prison sentences or fines etc shouldn’t be made to suit the public’s interests, instead they should be made in order for justice to be served and to *help* those in the wrong to correct their mistakes and/or habits and to turn over a new leaf, don’t you think?

HBD = House Breaking by day or HBN = House Breaking by night
Normally officers will classified this cases under house breaking
