When I saw your video I was amazed that the majority of vehicles looked very clean and not the usual quality of vehicles taken for scrap.

The large ramp behind the police van is for loading cars onto shipping containers.
Place looked really dodgy and intuition was correct 👮♂️
Covering the plates up on the car outside certainly looked dodgy to me and someone else picked up on that. Cover them before transporting so the towed vehicle does not get picked up by speed cameras but covering after the journey has ended is super suspicious.

Actually, it is far more likely the police were NOT investigating. That chop shop has been operating for some time. It's more likely they wanted brownie points. They are under special measures ATM, and knew they would be heavily criticised for not acting. They monitor auditor videos for PR opportunities. The police around Wolverhampton only act when they know they are in for bad pressure otherwise
Must be a reward coming from the insurance companies.

Thanks for the update. On LR TIME the recent video (ford's 3.0l powerstroke failure models---) At 26:00 the guy explains how easy it is to get (possibly) stolen landrover engines/parts. Car spares internet marketplace, cash on delivery/ no questions asked.

Get a cheap mobile phone basic one with a large battery and hide it in the vehicle. If it's stolen you can get it's location and see where your car is. May need to be quick though if it's going to get stripped.
You can buy tiny gps trackers with sims in them on bang good that ping you a location when you text it, very easy to conceal and the batterys last a long time.

Police don't realise they are auditors too, they audit the public which is why it's so funny when they insult auditors. So this is why audits are done, good police work DJE.
They might have had officers undercover that saw you filming, which could have blown it, hence why they went in. Jesus they wouldnt see the video and act that quickly.

Is this not the firm the police use to collect and store stolen and clamped vehicles. Just thinking the owner seems quite happy considering you state they are being raided. He seems to walk through really casually and has a good ole chin wag with the police leaning into the police car .And then you have the young lad riding about on his electric scooter not a care in the world. Something doesn't sit right here with me .
If only the police knew how to use drones they could do something like this themselves. Were the police complaining they couldn’t continue with the seat belt exercise they were running down the road. Did the police catch anyone……..I’m not holding my breath.
