My thing is this is a type of fight that I don't think can ever really be settled, as amazing as this video is. These are some of the most over powered comic book characters and live in completely different universes. If Saitama was in the DC Universe Superman would win. If Superman was in the One punch Universe, Saitama would win. Neither of them are meant to lose in their stories.

Well Superman does in fact hold back if people could be hurt in a fight, but the second he would have been away from them, you would have seen a power increase, and that just didn't happen in this fight.

Maybe he didn't say that directly, but he has said once that since a villain had already killed everyone in the area that he didn't have to hold back anymore. So he is at least conscious of it. Presumably it's just difficult to convince someone who's trying to kill you and everyone else to do it elsewhere, and so Superman just generally doesn't make failed attempts at it.

That scene where saitama punches Superman into multiple buildings while switch hands is similar to the supermove in Injustice 2. Idk if anyone noticed that so I just wanted to point that out. If anyone didn’t know that, u should search it up. Type in Superman’s supermove in Injustice 2 or something and u should find it.
