I’ve cared for the elderly for many years and I’ll never forget playing this for my dear 97 year old friend Mary Lou.
As her dementia caught up to her and she could no longer remember huge parts of her long life she always remembered Gershwin.
Once while listening closely she turned to me with tears in her eyes and she said “I’ve had a good life.”
These are the emotions that George will stir in our human hearts and souls forever.
A feeling only he could capture through every note.
All in the spirit of love.
Finally, a pianist who reads the notes and plays this arrangement as it is written.

I disagree. His performance is a taffy pull. He distorts the meter & even changes some of the chords as written. I suggest that you listen to Gershwin's own performance of this great piece.
The first time I heard this was on Spotify and I loved it, I had not noticed its composer. Then CZcams suggested Rhapsody in Blue and that's when I realized that I fell in love with Gershwin without knowing it was Gershwin
The first time I heard it I was watching that great documentary about F. Scott Fitzgerald & I was just mesmerized… perhaps five years ago… it’s gorgeous…

It's Gershwin's own arrangement, published in his Songbook. You should be able to find it pretty easily at a sheet music shop or on line. I hope thos helps.
