    Need to keep this phones cool, or no good. The best way is to create a big block of marble, granite or self made concrete and place phones on top. Than take little bit of olive oil and put it onthere to make smartphone stick better. • @davidfu8174
    @davidfu8174 Před 16 dny +1

    Great video. Question. The reason why you had to cut and solder the BMS cables was because the power supplied is creating an overvoltage right? But that's specific with the Orbic Joys right? If I use a different phone that uses more power, I won't need to do this right?

    • @LukeWrightMain
      @LukeWrightMain  Před 16 dny

      @@davidfu8174 correct, I have been told the Samsungs devices take a higher voltage which you wouldn’t need to cut anything. The PSU in the box goes down to only around 4.45-4.5. Which isn’t low enough for my orbics to use the BMS cable with the circuit, (you want to use the circuit if possible) so by cutting the circuit off I bypass over voltage out shut downs.
      There is modification that I’ll share in an upcoming video to the PSU that brings them all the way down to the required voltage now aswell :)

    I'm trying to follow this while setting up my Orbics, but it's kinda all over the place. It seems to have all the steps, but they're not in order and there are a lot of tangents that make it difficult to follow. I have to scrub the video looking for particular bits of information, hoping I'm doing them in the right order. Also ran into a stumbling block where the bootloader is locked and I can't unlock it without a specific driver from Verizon, I think.
    If you were to remake this, I''d recommend a focused step-by-step process to avoid any sort of confusion. Just to get the basic/required/essential steps in a comprehensible format, with anything extra left at the end. Having a few pictures of each step and what each step of the process should look like.
    It's my first time using adb and I'm muddling through this setup as best I can, but a more refined video would be extremely helpful.

      @LukeWrightMain  Před 5 měsíci +1

      What kind of tablets are best form your perspective?

    • @Vlad19th
      @Vlad19th Před 5 měsíci

      @LukeWrightMain No idea, I just start few days ago. I have samsung S6 light. And it mines with speeds from 3Mh/s to 7Mh/s, verus coin. I download from internet octa cpu booster, run that, it did something to android. Yesterday evening average mining speed of S6 went up to 9Mh/s and in the early morning too. And that program said speed up only up to 39%. There is option to speed up to 80%, but it's payable, and this program is banned by Google play store, used to be there. I think this S6 can pool more Mh. No idea which tablet is the best, there are cheap chineese with very fast cpu's, some people complain not working unit, but looking at those tablets that has very fast cpus and big ROM. 4", 8" or 10" is good. But you mentioned in the video that you can remove screen activity. I guess I need to hire or find a programmer to boost the tablets.

    • @Vlad19th
      @Vlad19th Před 5 měsíci +1

      @LukeWrightMain also I noticed that very often mining speed reduced because luck of space. After cleaning the android with a tool, speed comes back up. I think need to create a custom software that will make your tablet fly to the moon when mining.

    • @Vlad19th
      @Vlad19th Před 5 měsíci

      @LukeWrightMain So, if you build a crazy software for tablet mining, you can charge people 5$ a month to use it or whatever. And you might get lot of people using it. Cause there are lot of people who mine this and has no clue about coding. I also used UserLand, ubutu setup to mine verus. Not the original verus app.

    • @Vlad19th
      @Vlad19th Před 5 měsíci

      @LukeWrightMain Also I installed quad cpu booster on LG phone, run it, had mining speeds average 1Mh/s up to 1.7Mh/s. now it's 1.2Mh/s up to 2.5Mh/s. What the hell is going on..... this morning went up to 3Mh/s. This is statistics from a pool data.
