great space to live but the important point the host missed to ask is the medical need of a person or person's family. what if someone needs to see a doctor on an urgent basis then how much time will that take and is there a clinic or a hospital nearby. what about Pets? Do they allow tenants to have pets again the question of pets' medical needs?
Bro, you paid 7 lakhs on interiors for a rented flat? Even if you stay here for 5 years, your effective monthly rent will be Rs. 33,000. For this amount, you would have got a fully furnished, ready-to-move-in 1BHK on New Link Road with better connectivity, Wi-Fi, and better food options!
Since you don’t mind living on the outskirts of a city and for 22K budget, Hiranandani Estate at Thane would be a better option. HE too has some connectivity issues (far from Thane station), but all other amenities you mentioned are top-notch, and again, no Wi-Fi issues and plenty of food options.
He said it was done by his girlfriends bhabhi its cost may be 7 lakh but it would have costed him around 1 to 1.5 lakh

There are so many ads on this channel. Its too disturbing and makes it difficult to focus
not a practical place for someone who has to go to work everyday. this is more for 2nd home buyers. who want to escape the city life for some time. Rental income obviously is not so good. 22000 for a 1 bhk with so many amenities. There are a lot of things that are not said here - he says about the convenience store / grocery store in the complex which I bet will be very expensive . The brocoli he said will be 3 times the price compared to a supermarket in the city. The restaurants too would be super expensive as the restaurant too has to pay a rent. plus running expenses and getting supplies from the city. so even if the rent is only 22000 the overall living is quite expensive. the travelling, wifi, food all inclusive will be nothing less than 50k to 60 k per month. It would be more practical to live in the city close to metro or station or other public transport.
oh god..when he opened that balcony window.......its breathtaking....for sure with more and more WFH situations popping up these markets are going to be a lot more in demand

It's a matter of supply and demand. For 18K, you'll get a nice 2-3BHK apartment in the far-outskirts of Bangalore just like the dude in the video.

I'm just curious about the price of the maids/house help in Madh/Mumbai. I live in a small city in the NE. I pay 19000 a month for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with additional for garage. So compared to mumbai, it's really really cheap. But maids are really expensive here. I pay 2 maids who live onsite 10000 each a month. Is that cheap or expensive by Mumbai standards?

I stay in Thane (just adjacent to Mumbai) & the maid takes 2.5k a month for house cleaning & utensils. In Delhi my sibling pays 5k for the maid who also does cooking along with cleaning.
19k a month for 3BHK in NE is not so cheap. In big cities it depends on the location. My friend lives in Palam Delhi and pays 12k for a new, super modern 2BHK.
