Pure Dusk: The Best Sake (You're Not Drinking)

Hello everyone. Sorry for going quiet for a few days, I've been somewhat indisposed. Anyway, here is my review of the nicest Sake that has passed my lips to date. I hope you enjoy it.

There's a "finder" on their website, many of the finds are restaurants though, not wine dealers.
The breweries are in Akita.. quite Northern on the main island of Japan, West coast. They have 118 employees.
Outside the US this Sake is sold as "Takashimizu" which means High Spring Water.
