    My lecturer had taught us this over the course of 3 hours - you gave me exactly the same information in small mini-clips. Please continue to do what you do, we appreciate you :)

    Does anyone know what the exact fate of an immature B cell in anergy is as it leaves into the periphery? Why doesn't that autoreactive B cell activate itself (T-cell independent B cell activation) and start to proliferate?

    • @chandinighanta5505
      @chandinighanta5505 Před 2 lety

      T-cell independent B cell activation requires 2 signals
      1. Clustering of BCR on multivalent Ag
      2. Recognition of danger signals
      The 2nd signal is absent in case of self Ag and thus leading to Anergy of the B cell

    Can you please send me the Power Point that you have used in this VIDEO in my E-Mail ID? Also please mention the reference book that you have used for the figures......It's really a wonderful video and your power of explanation is simply amazing - Dr Raktim Mukherjee (Head of the Department, Shree PM Patel Institute of PG Studies and Research in Science, Sardar Patel University, Anand, Gujarat, India)
