So, Nia Long and Taraji P. Henson's feud all started because of an ill-timed joke? Or was there something deeper going on there in terms of Nia’s attitude on set?
Girl, I personally thought that Nia was among the most beloved women in the industry, but as it turns out allegedly she has a reputation for being a mean diva with a nasty attitude. Something that Taraji apparently called her out on, and they have never been the same since!

My daughter worked every season of Empire, this story is absolutely TRUE, she told me that Taraji and Nia refused to film together, well, Nia actually refused to film anymore scenes with Taraji because she felt disrespected. She said it was so frustrating because no one on set really liked Nia, she was rude and unprofessional. She also said the most loved guest was Phylicia Rashad.
Yes I believe Nia Long is a DIVA with an ATTITUDE. I don't even think her sister Sommore the comedian have a relationship with Nia.
Nia is a bully and finally met her match. She’s had this attitude for decades in the streets of NYC. Her competition has more fire 🔥 and audience relatability. Her performance is one level.

If “Nia Long knows her makeup” and “Nia Long knows her hair”, then Nia Long needs to bring her own makeup artist and hairstylist to the set. Problem solved.

If any of this is true, it's so disappointing! First for anyone not being respectful of castmate's time & being late is unprofessional and unfortunate, even worse as a person of color in a white dominated industry. Second, Nia should have been grateful for the opportunity, not trying to outshine Taraji who had already been there. Third, the optics of women not supporting women in a male dominated, professional environment- yikes.
The slap with Diggs doesn't sit right with me knowing the back story. That's awful. He should've said cut and addressed that slap. Totally disrespectful.

I AM A Black WOMAN BORN AND RAISED ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF CHICAGO & AT THAT TIME I WAS IN MY 20'S😉. Because I am connected to Love Jones in a tripped out kinda way🤓, most likely I can believe this to be true about NIA LONG😐! HERE'S WHY I SAY THIS: At the time when Love Jones was being filmed, I was attending DePaul University in Chicago. Well 1 of my closest friends was Sherise M. Wright. (She has since passed away in February 2015 from cancer.) Sherise also attended DePaul at that time. I still love my city, CHI-TOWN❤🥰! But Anyway, let me get back to the topic at hand. Back then, after Love Jones was released, we were talking about the movie and Sherise told me at that time that she and another mutual friend of ours at DePaul were friends with Leonard Roberts, AKA Eddie Coles. I had no idea that Leonard was also attending DePaul University at that time as well. She went on to say that as Leonard worked on the set of Love Jones as 1 of the cast members of the movie, he went on to let Sherise know that Nia LONG was the only ASSHOLE ON THE CAST😳😳!! HE SAID SHE WAS A JERK AND VERY SELF-ABSORBED😳😳😳 UPON MEETING HER AND WORKING WITH HER ON THE SET OF LOVE JONES😲!!! He said that everyone else was cool😎as hell to work with! I WAS LIKE, WOW😳!! HE SAID THAT NIA WAS NOT A PLEASANT PERSON TO WORK WITH AND THAT SHE WAS VERY ARROGANT😐! I WAS LIKE DAMN, SHE SAID YEP! LEONARD SAID, NIA WAS THE ONLY 1 WHO HAD A NASTY DISPOSITION!! SO I CAN BELIEVE THIS TO BE TRUE ABOUT HER! Every1 is NOT GONNA KEEP sayin the SAME THING ABOUT U FOR YEARS, FOR NO REASON AT ALL! I HATE TO SAY IT, BUT NIA IS PROBABLY THE TRUE JERK IN THIS STORY😐!
