@@PupNGamingThey know, they are just saying that this is a perfect reference for animators trying to learn to animate a quadruped walk cycle. That's what IM using it for anyway lol

@@PupNGaming No it's not an animation, but animators love to use real-world footage like this as a reference to produce realistic-looking animation. 🙂

I've been studying canine locomotion for an ergonomic digitigrade stilt; 99% of DIY digitigrade stilts suffer from limited range of motion, poor ergonomics, and plagued with stability issues in static postures as well as positive and negative displacement in single / dual dimensional motion. Your footage displays a very good video quality of Jackie moving in positive displacement at varying speeds... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING!!

That's so weird the legs move in tandem, I would thunk that opposite pairs moved together. Thanks for this video, very helpful. Curious how wide something can be before it can't walk like this, eg. needs contact on both sides at all times.

      I know it's a little late
I have a dog and no treadmill before I buy one I was hoping to help you get your dog on the treadmill
unless you got the dog on it?
try a treat that your dog goes nuts for, mine would do anything for a smidgeon of frozen paté
