My plans for the car are to restore it to my standards just like my Orange one if not even better... if thats possible. More videos on the way of the classic mini so be sure to subscribe and keep up to date.
Any questions or interests be sure to drop me a comment i will be more that happy to get back to you.

Headlining is one of those jobs that I've heard so many people say it's horrendous to do but I know you'll take the time to get it perfect!
Thanks again for the mention and featuring my little mini!
Mini Matt TV no problem buddy! And I'll certainly try my best 👌🏻
two of my favourite things, car restos and guitars, liking this channel even more :)
Nice video, as always. I always remind myself when working on cars they were put together as quickly as possible in the factory the easiest way.
Gavin Ivers thankyou gavin! That's a good point you make I'm
Just going to take my time with the headlining as I want it spot on haha
Keep up this amazing content
Cheers buddy! it means a lot!
Hi if you have trouble tensioning the headlining the bars have to grip against the roof. I used sponge which I glued in place it stops the bar moving and you can achieve greater tension
Mark Dell great tip mark! I'll definitley give that a go! Thankyou! 👌🏻
Another top video thanks for picking up my mini bits much appreciated
thedjse cheers bud, and no worries 👌🏻
Amazing job mate keep up the great work
Pat McDaid thanks buddy! It means a lot 👌🏻👌🏻
Found this channel last night, binge watched all the episodes for your mini build in work last night, keep up the great content! Love the style of the newer videos to! Looking forward to seeing the end result!
jayrothwell hahah! Thanks dude! Really appreciate your comments! 👌🏻 don't worry I'll keep it coming and I'm hoping to throw in some footage of car meet ups too 👌🏻
Nice one, looking forward to that! These videos are really making me want to get going on a mini project. Good luck with the rest or the restoration mate!
jayrothwell haha thanks buddy! It definitely keeps me motivated 😂 do you have a mini then I take it ?
Total Car Reviews not yet, I don't know what route to go down yet, im very tempted to go with a rear mounted engine rwd conversation, just keeping my eye out for the right one to come along. Even thought about full frame and fibreglass shell for a fast Road / track car.
sounds good to me buddy! i hope you have a big budget! haha! its scary how much it quickly mounts up
Subbed! 😁 love the content will get a video sent of my 89 mini Mayfair
Joe Stonehouse cheers buddy! And I look forward to receiving you video 👌🏻
Luckily the headlining is about the only good thing on my mini at the moment! Great video dude!
JordanT040992 thanks buddy! Means a lot!
Nice one Tom.
Brendon thank you mate! It means a lot! ✌🏻
great content keep it up 👌
Daniel O riordan thank you buddy! And don't worry! I intend to 👌🏻👌🏻
hi there, i’ve seen other videos where people have glued felt down before they put the headlining up. i have put sound deadening up already but was wondering why you haven’t put any felt?
the glue is a messy job thats why i refrained from it
👍
mate not being funny but the amount of effort and time you put in these videos is amazing well played haha
Lee Brown thank you mate! It really is a struggle fitting it all in around my day job but it is possible 😂
Awesome Job once again. My mk1 started after 8 years but when i did the bleed on the rear left drum it was leaking and the bleed nipple didn't lock. it was spinning. Do i need a repair kit or a hole new drum?? . Video on my channel later. Tom keep it up!!!
XyDtE K for the likes of doing things properly I'd recommend replacing both but it depends on your budget, time frame and what state your car is currently in! I will give it a watch later dude! 👌🏻
Where did you get your new head linner rods from
Evay
Nice Content mate!
Should do mine soon! Mine is slightly mouldly :/
Big list of jobs to do first though.
tom clee thanks buddy! Glad you gave me a view! 👌🏻 I hate when monies have a new interior but the old headliner is left in 😂😂
Hi Tom, nice job! been following since the start of your project, really appreciate your enthusiasm! I've been restoring my 74' clubman for 7 years now and have been encouraged by your videos. I'd like to share my video but i'm a total techofossil, how's it done. Thanks Martin
Martin Scott hi Martin I received your message, aswell! Thank you for taking the time to follow the build it, I really appreciate it! If you send me an email I will send you some info on how to do it👌🏻 or if your local to me I can always bob round and video it for you 👌🏻
Love the channel I have a build I would like to send you
cheers Neil
I've done 3 head-linings, one of the worst jobs on a mini.... god knows how they did them on mass at the factory!
Turbo Mini TV any tips you can offer would be great! And I was thinking this myself! It's hardly a 2 minute install as is on cars today 😂
Yeah I'm afraid I have no tips......... I can only assume they had some sort of stretching jig in the factory. I have asked the question before but nobody knew.
Luckily the one in my current project was OK so I left it there.
Good luck!!!!!!!!
Turbo Mini TV I had no choice haha as the old one was ruined and my car needed a new roof 😔😂
Hi Tom, Unless you fancy a trip to france! (i'm sure i could find you a spare grinder, haha) it'll be easier if i send that e-mail. Ta Martin
Martin Scott sounds a pretty good reason to come to France ay 👌🏻 haha no worries matey!
Hi Tom have you got a link for the headlining please.

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/classic-mini-headlining-kit-perforated-black/232656850934?hash=item362b6dcff6:g:fZ4AAOSwUg9aZtjY
I made him an offer for £60 dude :)
Cheers Tom. 👍👍
I've seen upholsterers use hot air gun
Yet another cracking video, do you edit these yourself...?
I also subscribe to DaveJaguar too and also MattGreen16V, he's just started restoring a Mk1. He restored a Jet Black a couple of months ago and got it ready for L2B.... What did you do with the sunroof...? ;) I could even collect it LOL
Minifreek I left the sunroof with a mate of mine that did the body work, I've seen matt and dave, dave gave me a shout out the other day. I don't know if matt has come across my Chanel but I've seen his videos... and in the answer to your question "do you edit these yourself" I do indeed mate!👌🏻 all I can say is it takes a lot of time and effort but it's worth it cause it makes it far more interesting to watch in my opinion 😂👌🏻 and further to add! Thanks for the positive feedback it means a lot dude! 👌🏻👌🏻✌🏻
I really need a sunroof for mine :)
Keep up the good work fella :)
Minifreek haha! Ebay is your answer 👌🏻👌🏻
