why don't you put a garden sprinkler on it for 3-4 hours and then inspect it to see if it is rainproof?

The vestibule doesn't seem to be able to keep rain out if you kept them opened and staked out. Looks like a specialty cot tent rather than an all-weather general purpose tent.
