Hi, thanks for the great video. Just a question for my wife which the use of propranolol in first trimester. My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and taking propranolol 10 mg twice a day. If you can please let us know that the this dosage of propranolol 20 mg per day is safe or not according to FDA. thanks

How does migraine got anything to do with preeclampsia? Preeclampsia headeche is all over around the head . Migraine is just on one side
